sekarang nie tiap2 minggu mesti buat donut ...budak2  suka... tapi donut yg inti tu jarang sikit buat..leceh sikit...

instead of guna yis basah, diba guna hok kering. Ada tips tak nak kasi donut tu lembut sampai ke malam? :tq:

tips kasi lembut..dah sejuk..simpan dlm bekas kedap udara..kalu tak, masuk angin jd keras lah..

satu lagi tips paling berkesan..buat sekali makan je..lepas goreng ngap kasi abiss...hahahaha..gurau jek.

gamaknya yg jual kat dunkin tuh deme buh softener kasi maintain lembut...sampai berhari2 :hmm:

kak noor dewi ade beli bread improver untuk buat roti .. bila buat donut dewi buh gak sesudu.. mmg betul,  2 hari ( tak dan tunggu 3 hari la sebab dah makan ) pun donut tu dok lembut lagi.

sama lah tu ... leh buh zieA kawan dewi yg kerja chef kat hotel tu yg kasi tau .. ...dia kata mmg la donut depa buh BI nie.sebab dia adik badik roti gak. nak buat base pizza pun dewi buh .. lembut jer base tu .

tengkiyu aida... pasni nak try lerr plak. mayb ler sbb agak besor. pastu inti tu rimbun terus isi masa uli kali kedua tu. bukan jer tak masak dlmnyer... inti tu pon terkeluar masa goreng.... he he he

rimbun dah try isi bread improver,..... mmg betul2 improve rimbun nyer donut. dlmnyer mcm roti plak lembutnyer. sampai ke mlm plak tuh..... tq semua

Donut ni memang favourite my husband ngan anak2. Tak yah tunggu lama2. Siap goreng tabur cinnamon sugar terus habis. My daughter pulak suka makan donut hole. Walaupun diaorang ni suka chocolate, kalau kita buat bubur chocolate frosting, diaorang tak makan. So kebanyakkan masa I buat donut biasa je. Ikut resipi Kak Noor.

Tak cantik, tapi rasa boleh tahan. Thanks kat K. Noor.

hehe.. mekacih.. sue grg mlm tadi masih gebu sampai la nih...guna resepi suria tuh...cuma tambah koko dlm 3 sudu....

maybe sbb grg... nak grg donut ni kena guna api slow & minyak x bule terlalu panas... sbb klu panas sgt luar dah itam tp dlm masih belum masak...so memang kena hati2 grg donut nih.. mcm jugak grg karipap...api x buleh kuat sgt & panas sgt..nanti rupa dia penuh jerawt batu..hehe
