alah, street workout ker main gym jer sama jer konsepnya iaitu weightlifting.......kalo malas masuk gym bleh jer angkat mana2 batu or tongkol kayu yg dijumpai di tepi2 jalan di pasar yg sesak dgn org asalkan bleh WEIGHTLIFTING yer laaa tu,hehehehhehe

x gak,kalo ko x wat rutin utk muscle di bontot aka gluteus muscle xder nak naiknyer.....kalo ko asyik main upper body wat biceps curl,wat triceps dip, wat bench press, wat deadlift, wat cable flye, n x wat squat or leg press yg target muscle of lower body xder nak dapat muscle yg mamapt di bahagian bontot

mana bleh transformkan lemak ke otot.....lemak is lemak,otot is otot......lemak kena bakar kasi buang n otot kena bina melalui proses muscle breakdown n regeneration............

tu sbb badan ko xder cutting lagi bro....ko try masuk gym 6 bulan main heavy2 n minta tunjuk ajar otai2 kat gym tu........tgk laaa bila ko dah ada cutting mesti ko dah xsegan nak tunjuk badan ko,hahahahhahahah

tp ko kena perbetulkan niat ko laa,kasi badan cantik utk kesihtan bukan sbb nak jadi gigolo ke kasanova ke hapa......hehehehhe

mmg niat aku nak jadi gigolo... muahaaaa...
dulu aku ade amik fatburn.. ntah ape lg.. tapi x jalan psl aku malas nak exercise..
dulu aku mmg kurus.. ade cutting seme.. tapi pas aku kena sakit kepala psl lambat makan 2 tahun lepas..
makan aku ikut time.. pagi kul 8.30 aku tibai nasi kerabu/nasi lemak... kul. 12 aku dah makan nasik lauk2 seme.. kul 3 aku makan roti.. sampai umah kul 6 aku tibai lagi roti telur 2 keping.. tak pon megi goreng ke.. mee hoon ker.. malam kul 9 aku belasah lg nasi.. kul 11 aku pekena roti or biskut.. aku xleh kalu lapar.. nanti masuk angin.. sakit kepala..
badan naik.. dulu size suar 34... lanih dah 38.. abis suar2 lame aku simpan lam almari..

amik fatburner pun ko kena cardio bukan amik fatburner then makan tido makan tido dgn harapan fat tu terbako sendiri.....

mak aaaiiii,sumer yg ko makan tu karbo tinggi mana x naik badan......ko kena limitkan pengambilan karbo harian cukup2 utk kegunaan badan ko, then kurangkan amik benda2 manis n fast food or frozen food, amik byk lean protein samada daging,ayam,ikan,putih telur at leaset 2g every kg bodyweight setiap hari.......

rasanya jadual pemakanan ko dah ok tp diet ko tu bermasalah,mana x naik dari 34 ke 38 pinggang ko......

ko try reset balik diet ko n lakukan cardio n weightlifting secara konsisten mesti cita2 ko nak jadi gigolo akan tercapai,muahahahhahahah

itulah.. tapi xleh control diet aku tuh.. cam aku cakap tadi bro.. timing lari skit mesti sakit kepala..
rase nak pi swimming jer.. pastu main tennis.. buleh ke wat body camtuh.. pegi gym malas ler.. haha. tp ok gak nasihat ko tuh.. tgklah camne nanti..tq bro.

timing ko makan tu xder masalah bro,dah ok dah....mmg bodybuilder makan kerap 5-6x sehari....masalah ko adalah diet ko tu penuh dgn karbo,cer ko tukar diet ko dari high karbo ke high protein contohnya camnih

bekfas - 2 keping roti dgn 5 biji putih telur + segelas susu Low Fat
snack - 2 keping roti dgn peanut butter + apa2 miniman ko (milo,kopi,teh tp gula no no)
lunch - nasi + apa2 lauk biasa harian ko (karbo penting gak utk tenaga seharian)
snack - sandwich tuna 2 keping + segelas susu Low Fat blended dgn 50g oat
dinner - beefsteak ke grilled chicken breast ker hapa ker + juice
snack - protein shake (2 scoop = 50g protein)

amacam agak2 ko bleh ikut x??

swimming ok kalo ko nak dpt cutting dgn burn kalori tp utk dpt size susah kot......tennis plak takut x balance laaa upper limb ko nnt, kalo ko right hand dominance takut shoulder dgn arm muscle ko belah kanan akan oversize berbanding belah kiri

nantilah aku nak register dulu.. xjadik lah aku main tennis.. opps.. main weekend ajer laa.. tapi aku selalu tengok geng2 swimming nih body cantik.. i means.. dada die org seme cantik, lebar.. tegap.. tuh pasal ler aku nak pi tuh..

swimmer memang badan cantik2 sbb swimming ko gerakkan sumer joint n otot2 badan ko...utk cutting badan swimming nih memang sesuai tp utk mass cam x baper efektif.......

kalo ko x nak pegi gym pun xper sbb ikutkan ko dah overzise so ko bleh wat bodyweight punya exercise....ko search jer exercise apa yg sesuai utk ko yg penting ko wat sumer part badan ko,contohnya wat push up utk dada/triceps/shoulder, wat squat utk thigh n gluteal muscle, wat crunch n plank utk abs, wat pull up(close grip with palm in or wide grip with palm out) utk lats/biceps/triceps/chest

yg penting diet kontrol,disiplin, n keazaman then voila.......cita2 ko nak jadi gigolo akan tercapai,hehehehhehehe
