Guys nk tny. I pkai Unify kt rumah. And every month kalu dlm 24 ke 26 ribulan mesti ade service interruption. Ni normal ke??? Or their tactic nak soh byr??? Or ade other explanation. I sgt fed up.

Tau cotton, tp akak x pernah lak dpt rm100. Rm130 kt pantai kelulut pernah la.kain jenis viscose. Kang akak tepek gmbr.

X kak. Kasi kaki akak toned, kurangkan kesan selulit. Kasi naik and bentuk punggung. Mmg nampak if routine akak involve squat etc. I sendiri nampak. Akak snap la pic skang pastu after a month ke workout. Nampak x beza. That can be your motivation

Biasanya diorang akan tnye apa akak target. Smaller waist ke, no love handles ke.. akak tnye je kak. Tu mmg keje diorang utk bg tips etc, jgn memalu k? Skang i xde masa nk g gym sbb hubby x sihat so naik turun tangga je la mampu

Mula mula rm120. Lepastu dia bagi rm100 sebab saya dok berteleku lama gila nal fikir beli ke tak. Lepastu Kak, saya pergi site masuk dalam kampung. Ada jumpa rimah ni sidai kain batik lukis tu banyak. Dia jual rm50 je. Tapi kat KL kalau tempah baju kurung moden biasa pun dah rm50 juga. So sama je rm100 juga.

Tengok kawasan jugak. Macam kawasan rumah iols kawasan perumahan lama memang ada je interuption sebab pakai kabel tiang telefon. Kalau kawasan baru kabel bawah tanah tak de problem ni sangat.

Kalau ikut dr suriya..dia kata bgla makanan tu "berasa" tp pilihla garam yg elok sket. Dia suggest garam himalaya tu..lgpun kalau kita guna secubit masa masak..hakikatnya anak kita makan pun bapa percentage je dr total portion tu kan. So should be okay..

Akak ni sgt penakut.so akak buat skit2.speed pun mula dgn 3 je.then up skit.smlm speed 7. Sbb all this while senaman akak cume jogging je.risau gak nk buat yg dasyat2

7 tu kira bagus lah untuk stamina akak. Saya kalau 7 tu 10mins je larat. After that tak boleh.
