Satu lagi tulang ikan tu kena buang habis ka? kalau ikant tenggiri boleh tak cik Huda? eden ikan kembung,sardin ni maleh betul nak mencabut tulang belulang depa.
kalau ikan kecil kena buang tulang ikan macam nak buat kuah laksa..
ikan tenggiri boleh digunakan [mmg sedap] tapi kena rebus dulu  dan buangkan  jugak tulangnya..
cuma ikan tenggiri ni manyak mahai lorrrrr...

biasanya orang buat gunakan serunding ikan..
tapi kena keringkan betui2 sebab nanti inti naik cendawan/kulat pulak..

saya suka semua jenis serunding, tapi nak buat tu yg malas sebab kena jaga lama atas dapur..
serunding yg pernah saya buat ialah serunding daging, sebab anak2 paling suka..

smlm  mc...sakit belakang...

tp dok umah buat mcm2 la pulak

dan antaranya wat serunding daging

buat 1/2 kilo daging abis mlm tadi jugak..

anak2 & hubby wat ratah sambil tgk tv..

ni dia serunding yg kakliza beli baru2 ni..sekilo RM28/..rasa ok..
