Cranko, saya belasah je guna kacang dhall. Jadi kacang dhool lah tu. Cair sikitlah. Dahlah memang dhall curry pulak.

Ni dia hasilnya.


BTW, kacang parang ada kat sini ttp yg dlm paket tu. Biasalah snack tu. So far tak jumpa kacang parang dlm tin or bungkusan plastik mcm org jual kacang gajus. Tak apa Cranko, sini ada kacang parang. Saya belum check kat Boulevard & The Spring lagi. Terima kasih bnyk2. BTW, sedap resipi kacang phool Cranko. Yummy......

Lupa mention - sedap makan dgn roti naan. Tadi saya bubuh garlic dlm adunan naan. Sedap banget.

Naan tu buat sendiri je. Biasa buat tepung campur dgn air & let it stand for 1 hr. Lepas tu baru canai nipis2 & goreng. Hari tu bubuh bawang putih & sedikit garam. Sedap mkn dgn kacang dhool. Kacang parang dlm bungkus tu memang tak jumpa. Yalah saya belum cari kat Gambier Road. Sana bnyk kedai India. Kalau tak jumpa, nanti saya contact Cranko.

pernah makan kat s'pore. memang sedap. makan ngan french baguette. timakaseh bagi resepi, nak try buat la....tengkiu

kat area KL or bangi, ada ke kedai yang menyajikan kacang phool ni ekk...tq

hari tu baca topic neh.. pastu pelik je..

tadi pi bazar jauh skit dari rumah..kat batu pahat..waa..ada jual kacang pool.. terus beli..masa buka..cam pelik je sbb first time makan ngan tgk ngan jumpa

masa makan tu..pergghh.. nyesal beli satu je..len kali lehbeli byk2 lagi

dik, kalau ada olive oilt tu ok gak.
nak omit minyak sapi tu boleh gak.
tapi akak suggest masa goreng telor yg nak di letak di atas kacang pool masa menghidangkan.. leh lah goreng ngan campuran minyak sapi sikit.. kasi rasa & bau dia lebih ummpphhhhh

Cranko, saya guna mentega instead of minyak sapi or Ghee. Nak raya je baru ada Ghee kat rumah. Masa menumis bahan2 utk kacang phool, saya guna mentega jugak. Memang sedap. Saya buat lagi Sabtu lepas.
