my hb beli rumah under singa (translate to english)..ok la, alhamdulillah dah duduk pun..tp quality biasa je, defects ada gak la, since masih dalam warranty wat complain je, dorg trus dtg betulkan..tapi kalo yg nak quality tip top, elakkan la.. |

Yes, i'm working with whb but not in the property division..The process are going well...we will be out from Bursa by end of this year..(price to be paid when you are doing so well compared to other subsidiaries)... For subang Bestari project..any defect you can make a report at our site office in subang bestari...For sri bintang apartment...key is expecting to be given in February 08'.. For Kapar project... there are several issues need to be cleared up between whb n the land owner ...Of course We have to protect our own interest... (sorry la i x boleh disclose banyak)..

how much the estimated cost for the property?
myself also looking for a reasonable price & quality property.

Of course we have a team to follow up..in fact today there is a mtg to finalize this matter. The project is expecting to be launched in May 08' -Phase 1 -we have not finalize the cost for the property...but looking at the proposed price ..to me..its very very reasonable..i'll update u later on the price |

I&P is a good developer...quality rumah pun bagus..tengok aje perumahan di kinrara..harga pun boleh tahan mahal kan...rasanya takde masalah kalau beli rumah under I&P ni.. |

dealova, i ada tgk satu kes (completed properties), utk govt loan no prob, awal diorang release, usually yg kesiannye yg private, coz banks involve, tu la yg lembap, tapi what to do, lmbt bayor, kena la interest. cuba kalo tempoh buat defect tu ada kira cepat or lambat buat, if lambat kena bayar interest kat buyer, baru ok.
ini dah la kiter ni tercekik nak sediakan duit, pehtu nak bayar denda lagi, bukan main 20 30 ringgit, mau makan dekat2 ribu, dah tu, quality, kalo tak bocor sana sini tu kira dah aman damai la hidup, ini siap mesti ada bocor, itu sudah kes tenat, blom masuk kes2 retak, sakit hati tul kalo dipikir kan. ada lagi kes lagi sedih, dah duduk few months tanah lak tak rata ke hapa, dah retak..ish ngeri kalo pikir kan, mana nak cekau lagi duit nak betulkan plak tu |

gov loan kalau bpp lambat bayar kena interestkan..
tapi hari tu my cousin kata boleh mintak bpp buat surat ke developer suruh abaikan interest tu sebab ada dalam pekeliling..
i tak call lagi bpp betul ker?
kalau kena juga interest teruklah... sebab bila developer issue jer progress, bpp amik 2 3 bulan nak release.. dah 3 kali kena.. mau beribu-ribu kena interest.. duit tu dah boleh lepas buat grill.. |

1. Harga property yg mahal & x masuk akal. Bahan2 binaan dan design yg digunakan, murah ...
