Note: Drink only PLAIN WATER throughout the duration of the programme.
Day 1
Breakfast: Pineapple (from 8.30 am - 10.30 am) Rest 2 hours before lunchtime
Lunch: Papaya (from 12.30pm - 2.30pm) Rest 2 hours before dinner
Dinner: Pineapple (from 4.30 pm - 6.30 pm)
Day 2
Breakfast: Watermelon (from 8.30 am - 10.30 am) Rest 2 hours before lunchtime
Lunch: Watermelon (from 12.30pm - 2.30pm) Rest 2 hours before dinner
Dinner: Watermelon (from 4.30 pm - 6.30 pm)
Day 3
Breakfast: Prunes (from 8.30 am - 10.30 am) Rest 2 hours before lunchtime
Lunch: Strawberries (from 12.30pm - 2.30pm) Rest 2 hours before dinner
Tea break: Boiled/steam/baked potato with no dressing (from 4.30 pm - 6.30 pm)
Dinner: Leafy green salad (8.30 pm)
Day 4

Tak tau ikut diet kaedah mana .. hehehe.. campur2...
Biasanya pagi amik HL
kul 11 amik biskut jacob
kul 2 makan ayam/Ikan bakar (tak amik daging sebab susah nak hadam , Seafood lak pasal asid urik tinggi.. Dr mmg tak bagi amik) .. So Yg senang ayam la.. beli sekor, perap ngan BBQ sos.. Waktu nak makan bakar... Kalu ikan, panggang camtu jer pastu cicah ngan sambal kicap.. Sayur biasanya tumis n buah selalu amik Jambu batu ngan tembikai ..
7pm- amik HL
Malam kalu lapar amik biskut jacob lagi ( Kat rumah semua jenis biskut jacob ada.. tapi beli yg paket kecik2.. Max 2 paket jer.. cuma kenyangkan diri ngan 1paket.. hehehe)
** Untuk cheat day .. tengok keadaan tapi elakkan makan nasi.. sebab sekali makan akan jadi berkali2.. pastu berpingan2.. Huhu.. Kecuali balik TRG mmg tak leh elak.. tergoda ngan budu !!! ) |
