Aim to drink 3L of water per day, no less. Add one more litre on top of that for every hour you exercise. If you struggle to drink plain water, try adding freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice to add flavour. This will keep you hydrated, aid in clear beautiful skin and help to ush out toxins and nasties in our bodies.

Tips: Every 1 hour drink 1 glass of plain water ( tengah tidur jangan yer ) at the end of the day, u drink 3 liters of water and ur weight also reduce (of course u need to eat clean too). At first it difficult but on the 2nd day onwards, ur body will get thirsty by its own after 1 hour. GOOD LUCK. Don't wear girdle yeaahh.

Tak yah ambil meal replacement .... I pun tak ambil ... the only time ambil  ...

baby almost 4 months, fully breastfeed lagik.

clean eating tu tau sikit2....kita makan; eliminate process food (mcdonald/kepci/air gas telah ku ucapkan bye2), extrakan sayur, buah & protein, lagi elok yang raw...gitu kan?

me start the diet programme dari awal bulan hari tu.

Me alternatekan meal replacement (protein shake); if dah shake during lunch then dinner makan macam biasa, if lunch amik nasi then dinner amik protein shake....but bila dengan anak2, diet hancur lebur . Dah elok2 turun, pastu naik balik.

My major problem adalah perut & peha....even kg dah hilang, dua bahagian ni stagnant aje.

Kat opis banyak duduk dari gerak, so calorie burn memang kurenglah.

Me hantu kopi kak...2 cups per day shud be okay ek?

Your program just like herbalife program .. so I believe you take direct selling product (but I know its not herbalife). Akak dah mentioned what I feel about these program ... so I better zip my hand before direct selling people attack me

Coffee just take 1 cup a day but I though for someone yg breastfeeding you are not suppose to drink coffee? I'm not sure. I failed kat breastfeeding, so never actually study on which drink yg tak boleh minum semasa breastfeeding.

About the clean eating don't forget juga elak MSG. MSG will kacau usaha kita untuk slim down dan juga kacau untuk menaikkan our metabolism.

alah kak, dun worry, infact me also involve in this so called direct selling...no issue as me percaya product as aid je, bukan penyebab utama kurus.
ye lah kan, makan berkoyan2...then makan supplement semata pastu expect utk kurus....memang idakle.

coffee vs breastfeed ni ramai yang kata, me dulu pun percaya. But few article yang reliable kata okay then me proceed je. Lagipun mild coffee, tak hitam mcm bontot kuali

Any ingredients yg susah nak sebut, tue biasanya man made ingredients .... Once dia ada jer inside the food ... Then its no longer clean anymore .... Seperti preservative, perisa yg dibenarkan dan yg paling obvious is MSG. Once the food contain sugar jer pun dah tak kira clean.

contoh MSG ialah ajinomoto, maggi secukup rasa atapun keluaran brand lain yg juga bertujuan untuk secukup rasa. Boleh google more MSG tue apa dan apa dia yg sekutu dengannya.

once u put sos tiram pun ... Then the food no longer clean.

Sos tiram dan kicap, boleh direplace ngan liquid aminos, rasa masih sedap the food.

gula boleh ditukar ngan rice malt syrup.

( tp problem solve) 2. Mkn kudapan2. Kdg2 xperasan. Tp salu jugak beli kuih muih. Rasa yg bi faktor utama jgak berat xtrun2 ( pon baru setelkn. Tahan jekk klau nmpak kuih2. I mmg hantu kuih2 ni) 3. Xmkn mlm.. ( now still xmkn, but will slowly mkn nestum. Sb nk tgk efek if tggalkn no1 n 2)

Saya masih lagi xdapat gambaran penuh lgi tentang clean eating. Sebab memikirkan nak ganti ini dgn itu..ermmm.

Well..yg aku buat diet rendah kalori..beza dgn tt ni..cuma bila ko reply sebut kalori..so aku assume ko tau basic kalori..mengikut diet rendah kalori yg popular by kevinzahri..tips mkn adalah makan kerap tp dlm kuantiti sedikit..pemilihan makanan tu yg penting..jgn biar perut bg signal lapar..sbb bila lapar kita mudah mkn ikut nafsu..so choose food wisely utk kenyang yg sihat..for myself,aku mkn 5x sehari tp clean eating..cthnya selection makananku adalah roti bakar wif planta/roti tuna telur/oat coklat/susu coklat/epal or pisang or any fruit/aym or ikan panggang/rebus/kukus/sup/tomyam/sayur hijau especially ulam..basically kukus grill panggang and no sweet drinks..lots of water of course di samping senam sejam threadmill/youtube vid..kadang2 divide 2 sessi..pagi n ptg..selain tu aku ada fokus yg jelas tentang target berat aku dgn realistik.. 1kg seminggu..so..pejam celik..berjaya buat dlm masa 7bulan..dpt la kurang 23kg..bila dh reduce aku skrh pokus utk parts of body skrg since goal aku nk reduce smpi bmi ideal dh dpt..cuma skrg nk reduce a few kilos and maintain

Semuanya adalah berdasarkan kalori seharian yang u all makan. Dan ia bergantung juga terhadap aktiviti fizikal u all.

U all tahu tak, ketika u all tidur badan akan hasilkan gula yang banyak menerusi pankreas. So u all makan atau tak gula dalam badan tetap ada. Kalau metabolite u all ada problem, kandungan gula dalam badan lagilah melambung tinggi.
Sekali lagi, ini tidak dipengaruhi makan malam atau tak.
Untuk makluman anda lagi, kebanyakan pesakit diabetes admin tidak makan malam. Diorang makan paling lewat 6 petang. Tapi keesokan harinya gula tetap tinggi dalam badan (12-20mmol/l).
Sebab apa tinggi gula? Sebab kalori seharian mereka ambil sangat tinggi.
Berbanding pesakit diabetes yang menjaga kalori seharian, even mereka ni makan pada waktu 10 malam hasil kandungan gula dalam darah pada waktu pagi sangat ter'kontrol'. Sekitar 7-9mmol/l.
Nampak tak?
Kesimpulannya, menerusi kajian dan pemerhatian admin mendapati kegemukkan tidak dipengaruhi oleh waktu makan.

Makanlah berpadanan dengan keperluan aktiviti anda.

Ooo i biasa buat yg 1200cal.. Clean eating blom ready n jrang msak kt rumah. So apa2 mmg beli. Kdg2 nasi lemak pon mkn coz cal dlm 500.. So i kira gk la.. But still xtrun so skg mmg rombak balik semua.. Nk mkn mee je tgah ari. Tp klau xdpt i mkn nasi tu pon half, sayur n ikan/ayam.

I x mkn mlm sb dlu act dah pnh trun berat ikot cara sdri.. Pg mkn nasi/sandwich. Tgh hari xmkn nasi,mkn lauk2, ptg eksesais trun naik tgga. Mlm just minum milo/horlick suam je.. Mmg trun smpai ke 50kg.. Silap2 kurang dri tu pon ada.. Weekend cheatday. Mkn kepci

kalau dahaga minum ler . It's just beauty tips yg jangan minum 1 hour before sleep, including when u wake up in the middle of the night

mengenai girdle tue coz minum banyak ... pergi ke toilet pun kerap so little bit susah jika guna girdle kan

Dulu dan sekarang its different ... our metabolism semakin menurun jika kita bertambah umur.

I eat 5 times a day.

Morning: 8 am
Mid-Morning: 10 am
Lunch: 12:30 pm
Mid-Afternoon: 3 pm
Dinner: 7 pm

Mid-Morning usually I drink smothie yg mutia buat sendiri, bukannya yg dijual kat stall (pernah rasa kat mall, they calim its healthy but they put vanilla ice cream .. dah ler rasanya jauh my smoothie lebih sedap )

Mid-Afternoon can be almond atau rye cracker ngan peanut butter.

By eating every 2-3 hour, it will help a lot bost your metabolism.

Jika hari tue I exercise, then one of the 'mid' meal will be protein shake.

Want to lose weight? ELIMINATE SUGAR.

As yummy as fruit is, it has to be limited to one piece a day. If you are going to have it, make sure it is in the morning. A banana, small apple or handful of berries is sucient.

It is important to have your fruit near the beginning of the day, allowing time for our bodies to burn those natural sugars off.

Dried fruit is NOT good for you. It has been processed and refined, and if you look on the back of the package you will see it is full of sugar in higher contents than fresh fruit.

If you under maintenance stage, eat your fruit before 5 pm if in the morning you forgot eating it.

kalau u tgk menu i, semua beli kecuali ayam panggang utk dinner..walapun a few thing kalori rendah tapi tak healthy..not only kena cari kalori rendah, tapi juga healthy food..mcm aiskrim kalori rendah je tapi org tak makan dlm proses diet sebab kandungan lemaknya tinggi..utk diet rendah kalori, protein kena paling tinggi, kemudiam carbs dan low fat..i helped someone yg nak diet, senam hari2 everyday selama 3 bulan but she refused to do clean eating eventhough dah tahu faedahnya..makan still goreng2 and kuih..she loves kuih..and you know what, berat dia tak turun..walaupun dia rajin senam..mengikut my mentor, diet mcm dia adalah utk maintain..bukan utk reduce..sebab she gain kalori dari makanan berlemak semua dan dia senam hanya utk burn those calories..so maintain je la resultnya..pastu bila dia tiap2 hari senam tapi berat tak turun, dia rasa penat dan mudah give up..baru2 ni je dia mengalah dan setuju try clean eating

kalau yakin boleh skip makan malam for the rest of ur life, go ahead..but kalau nk cuba healthy life, cuba tukar corak pemakanan..mungkin jugak sbb sy pikir pelan diet saya utk jangka masa panjang, so saya pikir sekali masa nak maintain sbb nk diet senang, nak maintain tu susah..
