The ASL Ice Bucket challenge has been dominating social media this past month. The challenge is simple, you throw a bucket of ice-cold water over yourself, capture the moment on video and then nominate at least two friends to do the same.
Each person who completes the Ice Bucket Challenge donates money to the cause and all of the money raised goes towards the ALS association.
ALS stands for 'Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis': a motor neurone disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. The American-based ALS association has already raised over $4 million from the trending Ice Bucket Challenge.

then diorang buka baju
pastu lg 2 orang tarik kaki dan tangan
