a;ah.. tu watercress... cam takde rasa sangat.. tapi rangup rangup gitu.. kiranya letak tu untuk pelbagaikan tekstur makanan la... sebab salmon ngan sauce tu dah cukup lemak...
setakat ni mmg makan gitu aje... tak tau la plak kot bleg buat masak lemak.. kekeke.. ampunnnnn

skang kat luar, tak sure la kat mesia mana dapat...

Tak semestinye cornmeal tu direbus. Terpulang pada resipi. Texture cornmeal tu mmg mcm tu, berpasir2. Ada dua jenis cornmeal. Satu coarse cornmeal dan lagi satu fine cornmeal. Untuk baking elok pakai yang fine polenta .

Lobster Thermidor

Ingredients: (for 2 lobsters)

2 lobster (at least 500g each)- cooked (boiled)

1 tbs butter
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tbs plain flour
1/2 cup fresh milk
1/2 tsp Dijon/English Mustard
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp fish sauce
2 tbs chopped parsley
salt
ground blackpepper
1/2 cup grated mozarella cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method:

Cut the lobsters (vertically) in half and remove the meat from the claws and tail. Leave to one side.

Remove any meat from the head and set aside. Cut the meat up into pieces and place back into the shell.

For the sauce, put the butter in the pan, add the shallot and cook until softened. Add the flour, stir until thick. Add milk and bring to boil. Reduced by half (wait until thick). Add mustard, juice, sauce, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir for one minute then add half of each the cheese.

Pre-heat the grill and spoon the sauce over the lobster meat. Sprinkle (cover) with the balance of the grated cheese. Place the lobster halves under a pre-heated grill for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Lobster tu my nelayan (my hb dan my father) yang tangkap masa ke laut. Dia orang memang rajin boat fishing bila ada kelapangan. Biasanya hujung minggu. Kami ada 2 craypots ( sangkar lobster). Kalau ada rezeki tiap kali angkat pot tu dapatlah dalam 12 ekor lobster. Plat dah agak jemu jugak makan seafood tau....ni gambar tempat (harbour) my hb turunkan boat....

wow bestnya resepi dia, me naik muak dah setiap kali makan lobster resepi dia mesti rebus ngan air garam laut dan
cicah sos bawang putih...

Tak tahan betul tgk lobster2 kat sini..
Saya memang dah lama sgt teringin nak mkn lobster ni...
Nak beli x mampu...
Tengok je la....telan air liur...

Bestnya dok Aussie kalau hasil tangkapan mcm tu, cantik plak tu portnya...
Mcm ni nak pindah dok sana gakla...hehehehe

sodapnye lobster tu..eii..kempunan kang sye..hehhe..kat cnie ade jual frozen lobster,tp me x reti lah nk msak nye..kne rebus ke grill terus...sampai skang x beli2 lagi..hehe..lobster sogar x penah nmpak lak..

sini bulan 4 dah start musim lobster, so segar segar...
yang me selalu tolong masak.. simple aje..
lobster ni kena rebus ngan garam laut khas untuk lobster..
bukan garam biasa tu...
bila dah masuk dalam boiling tu, 10 minit aje time dia..
lepas tu makan cicah gan butter garlic cair.. ini yg biasa me masaklah...
