kesian pembeli yg beli satu apartment kat BBK....janji end of the year 200* lupa la....tp pas 2-3 taun tak sia ...
betul ker marissa..seram I baca.
i dah terbeli yang kat puchong tu..
so far ok lah progressnya..now tinggal porch..piping and jalan raya..mungkin interior belum lagi
and phase 2 pun dah start naik..walaupun phase 2 lambat dia mula sebab dia launch tahun lepas lagi..
harap2 takde masalah.. |

hehehhee....diaorang boleh kawtim la benda tu semua wpun panggil external auditor. If u dont trust me, tanye la big players kat Klang Valley ni, semua tau MK Land byk taik!
Nak lg best, tanye2 le kat court, byk dah kes2 MK Land ni kat sana. Tp sbb nama dia mmg gah dr dulu, org susah nak percaya yg dia ada problem. |

yup,sbnrnys developer venice hill condoo nie ader mslh dlu.tp itu dlu.skrg nie persatuan penduduk dah ambil alih menagement condo.even still hve little problem bcos condo still related with developer,tp insyaallah sumernyer akan selesai.mgkn amik ms skit.harga pasaran tuk condo nie pn makin lme makin naik. |

Developer rumah yg hampeh
There is a housing in Klang near Kesas Highway facing sewerage problem. The owner have to alert the developer when the water level up can see through the strap hole in toilet. They will give unreasonable excuses etc. pump had been stolen or not in function. Then, after few weeks, really the drain water come out from the main hole and strap hole from toilet when heavy rain. Sure you can't stand the unpleasant smell from water drain. I just can't understand the developer can be in top 10 listing. |

I think diorg ni pandai... sbb normally diorg buka kompeni baru untuk new launches. sbb nak tutup kes diorg yg lepas tuh. so better lerr kalau pilih developer yg mmg pakai nama yg sama jer since phase 1 kut.. |
