tea pun mengalami problem areas yang sama dulu... tea start balance atas & bawah bila BMI tea turu ...

ooo mcm tu eh, berat sy skrang dalam 58kg, tinggi 158cm....nak kena bmi berape yg ideal ngan tinggi ni?

org ckp berat ideal =tinggi(cm) - 100
cth ( 158 - 100) = 58 kg
tp sy dh try .. tinggi saya 155cm-100=55kg..still mcm berisi sket..50kg baru ok..

BMI = berat dlm kg / (tinggi dlm meter kuasa dua)

       = 58 / 1.58 * 1.58

BMI = 23

Kategori BMI:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obese = BMI of 30 or greater

aikkkk kalo mcm tu kira berat sy dah ok la? tp tak bes la, lengan ni buatkan sy besar,  agaknya sy kena dptkan berat 55kg kot, baru nampak stabil

bila baca thread ni kan, semangat nak kurus cara sihat membuak buak u, balik kerja terus on treadmill
kalo artis2 tu, derang nak berat 44 - 45kg jek kan? tak ker bertulang sgt tu?
sy aim 55kg - 50kg...baru cun

axela... your BMI skang ni 23... betul laa ape yang forumer mclaren cakap.... ideal BMI for ASIAN is 19 -23... above 23 is considered overweight, so, you're actually nak ke borderline for asian laaa.... tp kalo caucasian ke or other frame, 19 -25 is the ideal range... asian dia rendah sket...

tp yang tea perasan, in order utk dapat body cantek macam celebrity hollywood balance atas & bawah, you try to target BMI 19 -20.5 camtu.... mmg ohsemmmm sangat....  kalo u nak BMI 20, your target weight is 50 kg, considering your height.

tak silap tea, dia dalam range... i thought kena minus 100 - 110...  contoh, kalo 158 cm, you ideal weight would be 48 - 58 kg

perghhhhhhh 50kg? lagi 8 kilo's to go? sempat ke tak tea lam masa sebulan nak buang 8kg? sebab i nak jumpa bf awal bulan mac t, ekekekkekeke
skrang tgh buat diet atkins, lepas tu jog kat treadmill setiap ptg dalam 30 minit, pakai fellina inchloss lagi, ngan sd11, ada tips tak tea camner nak cepat kurus?

sama tinggi kite sis....tp brt sy 45-46kg cmtu....10kg beza dgn u....ye ke cmtu kira berat ideal? bukan berat ideal = BMI 18-22 ke if tak silap....BMI pulak adalah berat (KG) / (tinggi (M) * tinggi (M))

contohnye brt sy 45kg tinggi 155cm
-> 46 / (1.55 X 1.55)
-> 46 / 2.4025
= 19.146  => dh capai BMI yg juz nice....

hi green~tea...... i suka sangat baca ur post kt forum ni. sangat menareks tau!
tulah, i pon currently doing healthy lifestyle.... consume less carbs in my daily food intake
sebabnya i nak loose weight.... kalo nak harapkan exercise sahaja tanpa diet. memang sia2
sampai ke sudah tak achieve target... ni pon hazab sangat nak turunkan berat

my current weight : 60kg
height : 162cm
BMI : 60/1.63/1.63 = 22.86

tulah.... untuk dapatkan BMI 20, i kena pastikan berat 52.5.... genapkan jadi 53kg je lah kan
so kena reduce lagi 7kg.... ini pon sangat hazab nak maintain. huhuhu

my current workout regime, i combine cardio n strength training... i suka follow workout video fitsugartv
tapi yg i prasan lepas i buat workout, berat jadi static... tak turun pon for few months
then apa yg peliknya, banyak baju n suar jadi longgar.... so i anggap je lah inches yg loss, weight maintain jer

green~tea, u tau tak macam mana nak speed up weight loss ni?
i dah diet n exercise betul2, never skip.... tp still xturun pon berat
now i start amek Lipo 6 fat burner.... hopefully cepat sket lah nak dapatkan ideal weight

ada tak sesapa kt sini yg penah amek fat burner? eg: API, lipo 6
berkesan tak untuk korang utk turunkan berat?

i baru start amek Nutrex Lipo 6 2 day ago, waktu first day memang betul2 rasa side effect dia
macam menggil2, jantung berdebar... i search kt internet, tu normal symptom utk first time amek
tp if problem tu still prolong for few days, better stop amek fat burner... maybe xsesuai kan
Alhamdulillah side effect tu i rasa waktu first day tu je.... now dah OK

lepas start workout regime dgn serius ni kan, ramai kawan2 tegur my skin nampak berseri2
terus rasa lagi semangat nak teruskan exercise n healthy lifestyle

i think you should do some weight training to gain muscle mass.. dumbell, squat & lunges.... u nak tone bahagiab mana? tea akan try cari workout plan for you...

mmg awal2 lambat sket turun berat... sbb your body weight now is contributed by muscle, dulu fat, hence the inch losses... kalu u google, 1kg of fat ngn 1kg of muscle lain volume dia.... kalo nak turun kan berat badan, banyakkan aerobic dalam workout you, tp maintain weight training jugak, jangan increase weight training tu... aerobic or cardoo bagus utk burn fat sekarang, tp weight training will burn the calories while u sleep.... at the same time, mmg kena diet lah... tea nak turunkan berat dari 60 kg ke 52kg skang ni makan masa 1 tahun++ through exercising + tp tak strict on my diet regime la.... its ok, mmg makan masa lama, u will not lose weight immediately, but definitely..

nak tone bahagian aset wanita

cara jalan sy pelik sikit masa kurus dulu (bmi 16++ only)....then dh dpt bmi 19++ jalan still mcm melayang.....kiranya nak exercise yg boleh nmpk tough sikit body postur & cara jalan.....boleh ke cmtu? Last edited by 220796 on 1-2-2013 01:30 PM
