guna yg digital lg tepat.. nk tau tepat ke x sng je? try timbang gula atau menda2 len.. tepat ke x jarum nimbang tuh..

kena tgk jgk pkai baju/suar ape time timbang tuh... kalo pakai jeans.. kureng2 dkt stgh kilo dh berat..huhu.. tu blom msuk hp.. wallet lg tuh...
satu lg.. kalo minum air.. 1liter=1kg... oleh itu kalo nk timbang,jgn mkn or minum ape2 lg...
lg bagus kalo timbang sebaik saje bangun dr tido

Salam All, me tinggi 162, me berat 58.8Kg (last 4 weeks)... kalau orang tengok me cakap me tak gemok, tapi entah me rasa badan me dah besar and baju2 semua kecik and sendat, dulu berat me 50Kg, (tu sebelum bersalin). So my target
Nak cerita, me sangat obsess ngan turun2 berat badan nih..
Hujung tahun lepas me buat Atkin Diet for 2 weeks.
Yup, me turun 2 kg daripada 57Kg, so dpt lar 55kg, .. so happy tapi Atkin ni tak leh buat lebih dari 2 minggu sebab hanya makan protein no karbo at all.. no sugar at all.. so lepas 2 weeks suppose kena maintain and makan dlm kuantiti yg sikit..
Tak tahu mana silap me.. after Atkin.. me naik 3 KG!!!!!
huwaaa. tu yang mendapat.. 58.8kg, kalo nak kata me makan banyak tak langsung, nasi me memang tak gemar, tapi fastfood huih memang no 1..
Then one day, me browse blog and nampak my blogger friend yang me kenal memang "GEMOK" sorry to say lah yer.. yang memang badan besar.. dah jadi KECIK!! mata me bersinar2 and call her..
Then baru tau.. rupanya dia amik herbalife.. being me yang memang tak SUKA MLM.. terus rasa tak percaya
me ingat dia nak promote jadi member..tapi sepanjang cakap ngan dia, tak pulak dia paksa2 me masuk MLM.. hahah me yang over
So me diamkan diri..
tapi me stalk her blog, instagram.. isk! tak leh jadi makin minggu dia makin ada bentuk and slim!
dah kalah me.. now berat dia 54kg.. bayangkan dari 70++ kg..
Menjadi me yang memang "dengki" bila tengok orang kurus, me call dia and cakap..
"wei aku nak beli herbalife" nak kurus macam ko..
then she reply, herbalife bukan ubat kurus tau.. yadda yadda..
me tak nak dengar semua tu.. cepat2 cakap camner nak beli ..
dipendekkan cerita.. after 1 week dapat barang..
consume benda tu 2 weeks. (ada jugak lar terbabas makan fast food) hahaha
so now.. dah bulan 1 consume..
Alhamdulilah.. dah ada shape, and and and berat nak tahu berapa.. 54Kg dah..
Best sekali..
tak yah exercise (me paling tak suka exercised)
tak yah diet ikat perut leleh tengok orang makan.. (sebab me waktu lunch makan macam biasa)
tak yah nangis tengok if nampak benda2 best (makan jer)
so here i am... another 4kg to go.. utk dapat balik 50Kg..
hopefully me buat sehabis baik lar, sebab me ni "hot-hot chicken shit"
so jom kita diet sama2... memang memerlukan displin n sabar yang tinggi, especially bila kita dah kawen n nk masak tuk husband, plus kerja me kena attend meeting, gi lunch/dinner semua.. so what me buat.. seblum makan malam me telan herbalife.. so lepas tu kenyang tengok diaorang makan pun tak rasa apa dah.. hi hi hi..
But during lunch, memang me all out

icecream jangan cakap lar
pantang nampak hahaha

dulu orag kata isap rokok leh jadi kurus
pernah gak terpikir nak cuba
sib baik waras hahaha |
