waaa bagus la. I baru nk bjinak2 dgn atkin pas raya.   minggu raya makan tak hengat, trus badan naik balik.  Masalahnya klu weekend cam payah nk jaga.

Klu tuan umah duk suh makan, serba salah lak nk tolak

sy pun baru start buat da ni..
berat da naik sgt2 ni..
Byk baju x muat..lagi satu saya rendah so sgt la x ok klau berat da nk capai 70 kg..g timbang bmi da kira obese type 1
harap blh berjaya dgn da ni

atkins dia tu yg harom
kalau atkins halal, mana leh minum manis
rendang2 lagi la tak boleh
atkins yg halal ayam tu di goreng tanpa tepung, grill sup dan etc tanpa letak sos, sos tiram ke, perasa
even garam pun kena letak berpada2. plus bawang merah n putih pun kena control kuantiti sbb carb tinggi

i ols rasa kawan u tu dah sesat barat tu, mgkin dia bguru ngn tok bomoh selampit haha

if tak nak u can diet kalori, but kena rajin bsenam

diet kalori pun ok. leh makan but still kena calculate kalori makan
plus leh makan apa2 sj dalam small portion

but diet kalori u kena selalu bsenam nak buang apa mak nenek u makan tadi

macam atkins if u tak bersenam (tapi digalakkan la bersenam) still boleh turun

trus stop & buat diet low calorie
sbulan stgah diet ...

untuk elak sembelit u kena makan sayur hijau banyak
for induction u kena elak makan sayur2 yg harom
hanya hijau2 shj

u boleh cari cauliflowers and sagat and u boleh buat nasi goreng or bubur "nasi" but bukan nasi/beras tau
ganti cauliflowers
rasa sejibik sejibon nasi
but for induction phase tak digalakkan amik cauliflowers, kalau nak amik jugak amik dlm setengah cup
sbb carb cauliflowers tinggi dari sayur2 hijau lain

tapi duk tanye soalan sama lagi
padahal tak sampai dua baris komen leh tanya lagi padahal ada dah makcik joyah dah jawap


kalau uols tgk penah je ada sapa tah post gambo botol air,
leh plak tanye ke ggroup yg lain brpe ml botol tu

kau ghase? hahah

otai ckp tu normal

tanda2 awal badan nak terima n atkins tu mcm menjadi
and otw for ketosis progress

sapa cakap atkins tak leh makan sedap



nah "nasi goreng" atkins nasi tu bukan dari beras ye but dari cauliflowers di sagat dan dimasak mcm nasi goreng biasa
rasa?? sejibik sejibon nasi goreng kat kedai tak pun yg korang masak tu haha

2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/2 lime
10 fresh garden peas (peeled)
3 tablespoons low-fat feta cheese (I use 3%)

1 packet Shirataki noodles -1g carb per pack so u can eat dont worry  (enough for one person or two if you are not that hungry)
1 piece of chicken breast
1/2 glass of pesto (I was lazy, you can also make your own which would obviously taste way better)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Handful of Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons capers
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon dried thyme or basil
