Saya pula ad masalah haus yg sgt sebelum tdo. akan minum 1 liter air sebelum tdo and hasilnya akan bangun lbh 3x utk buang air kecil. So far xde eye bag, tkt pula ad eyebag lps ni. tp thanks good info. Lagi satu kalau xminum sebelum tido xbole tido. Tekak kering Insyallah lepas ni sy amalk
n minum air awal.

Btw sis, bole tau what type of protein shake u amek?

Regarding stevia sy pnh amk dekat cosway..a bit pahit dlu ad amalkan skrg da tak ada.sbb da abis :p tp very good for lowering our cholesterol and avoid the sweetness. Sweet lover should take this.

Dari segi pemakanan, sy still consume nasi smpai skrg iaitu siang 2senduk. (Maybe should be 1senduk) malam mmg xsentuh nasi. Sis mmg da xmkn nasi lg?

Step mutia stop nasi:

Last time mutia makan nasi 2 senduk penceduk nasi.
For 2 weeks, mutia reduce half ... so only eat 1 senduk penceduk nasi.
For 3 days after that, mutia cut 1/2 lagi portion tue (jadi setengah penceduk nasi).
After that, I can stop eating nasi.
For the first 3 days memang struggle ... But I focus and after 3 days without eating rice, everything smooth ... I double my portion of my vegetables.

It is a common misconception that our largest meal should be dinner. This is when our bodies are slowing down and food begins to ‘sit’ in our bodies, rather than being transformed into the energy it needs. It is an even bigger misconception than skipping breakfast to lose weight. When our bodies are most active is when we should be feeding them with the highest amounts of nutrients ie. before we start the day. I like to look at my eating day like an upside down pyramid. I start my day with a big breakfast and work gradually into smaller meals by the time dinner arrives.

Split your meal into 5 meals which I already mentioned previously dimana mutia reply comment.
Breakfast - Mid-Morning Meal - Lunch - Mid-Afternoon Meal - Dinner

Personally ... I hate calculate calories on my foods, it make me stress ... I make sure my eating is clean eating.

Handful of almonds/walnuts/Brazil nuts - just don’t go overboard. Have enough to cover three fingers or satu genggam.

Hye..mel suke baca info dr u..actually banyak info dapat dr u...mel ni asal berat dr 86..now dah 70 kg...tapi still masih nak turun kan berat lagi secara happy n relaks.hehe

pe pun mel de soalan cepu emas..kalau berat kite turun saiz bra kite turun jugak ya...mel dh frust sbb kene beli baru n takut kalau ade apa2 kesan...tq

Actually kita punya mountain is contain fat ... Banyak orang yg dah kurus (asal 100 kg ++ ke 70 kg) dari size cup DD jadi ke size cup full B.

so yeah ... Jika kita turun berat badan ... Those mountain pun mengecil without any side effect

actually there is joke for fitness people

I want flat abs But I get flat boobs

Tu yang mel risau sgt hehe..sbb baru beli nak kene tukar..nak tanya orang lain segan hahaha...pe pun mel masih cuba turunkan berat badan ni..ni pun harap raya dh ok berat mel ni..mel tinggi 164 cm..

pe pun mel pasan bila kurus lemak belakang pinggang dh nak hilang..tapi lemak peha susah nak buang hahahah..ade idea.hr tu buat squat tapi mel baca iu untuk besarkan lagi huhu

Buat squat akan membesarkan punggung bukan peha. Jadi siapa yg ada flat punggung, squat paling sesuai.

My peha used to be my main issue coz besar .... But now I have thigh gap.

Mutia buat exercise Jillian Michael killer buns & thigh.

Tadinya I ingatkan the thigh gap because of my weight yg turun then I switch buat yoga .... Nope my thigh lebar balik and my thigh gap jadi hilang dan beradu balik my peha.

Patutlah punggung mel besar hahahah..ops..saja usik di sini..sbb kite pernah masalah yang sama kan hehehe

jilian michael ya..mel try lah nak buat ikut cara dia...

pe pun kulit mel bila kurus agak gelebeh jugak..penin nak fit sbb jugak...sbb makanan mel dapat mel jaga..nak kurus n fit aje ni...heheh.may be sbb dh lama gemuk kot...

ok lagi satu fizikal mel ni x balancelah...mcm ni..tangan n lengan mel kecik...badan besar...peha besar..tapi kaki bawah lutut kecik..so boleh agak x mcm mana badan mel ni hehehe..emm

Mel ... U have the willing which is good ... Not everyone have it ... Orang nak cari jalan short cut jer tetapi tak sedar yg organ dalam badan kita yg sengsara.

how about ur health? Macam mutia, I have high cholesterol ... So I hope new me, it also helping my high cholesterol issue ... Belum buat blood check up lagi this year ... Plan nak buat end of this year

I used to be easyly tired ... But since clean eating and smoothie, my energy boost up which I like it very much

Mel mmg buat biar lama proses ni tapi ok badan...alhamdulilah health mel ok...xde penyakit serius...cuma hari tu check mel kurang gula...tapi mel tahu sbb mel ni kuat air kosong hahahha..cuma makanan kene jaga jugak sbb resdung mel agak teruk haha..deria bau mel dh kureng disebabkan resdung ni...

tulah now mel nak jaga fit badan..mel lum kahwin lagi...hehe..so mel fikir nak jaga diri sendiri ni..mel tengok kawan mel ramai dah sakit...huhu..sepupu mel terlebih berat sampai x leh jalan..so kene berharap tongkat...huhh...so bila mcm tu penyakit lain akan datang kan...
