Maybe org lain..he just happened to be there at the wrong time..
Could be the intern yg fan kpd actress tu..nmpk muka dia lain mcm bila someone bgtau pasal news tu..

Berani betul ye kalau resident tu off ventilator... tak takut ke kalau tak jadi doctor... nak ambil kesempatan sebab Dr Yohan dulu pernah buat euthanasia... jahat la kalau dia yang off ventilator...

Tula obvious sgt muka intern tu. But i think 3yrs ago pon maybe bukan dr yohan buat..dunno
I pun macam nak speku bukan salah Dr Yohan 3 years ago... tapi tak mustahil juga kalau dia buat euthanasia... lagipun patient tu dah takde harapan untuk hidup...
BTW I pun speku sama... bukan Dr Yohan yang off ventilator...

I don’t think dia berniat jahat even kalau dia yg off the ventilator..
My reasoning kenapa resident tu possible candidate kpd suspek to turn off the ventilator based on my interpretation of the whole scene start dari percubaan bunuh diri actress tu sampailah kpd somebody off the ventilator:
1) The actress bagi reason kenapa dia end up at the roof top - dia suffer enough smpi dia bagi kata dua; either the doctors end up the suffering for her (dlm konteks giving euthanasia) or she end it herself by jumping from the rooftop
2) As a fan, the resident affected by her decision - barulah dia faham yg pelakon pujaan dia tu sgt menderita sampai dia decide utk tolong the actress end the suffering by turning off the ventilator
3) The scene when the residents dpt berita tu, air muka resident tu tunjuk seolah2 mcm dia dah expect benda tu berlaku..

Tapi i geram uols pada suspect yang off ventilator tu... sebab effect kat Dr Yohan... lagipun actress tu patient dia... apa2 yang berlaku kat patient tu Dr Yohan punya responsibility... ditambah lagi dia pernah dipenjara sebab euthanasia...

Tapi uols nurse tu tak puas hati Dr Yohan euthanasia kat patient tu... sebab dia nak patient tu menderita... anak nurse tu mati sebab patient tu... so impossible nurse tu matikan patient tu...
