Malam tadi dinner Plat makan crayfish..yang macam lobster tu....






Goreng dengan butter dan taruk onion, garlic, chili powder, daun kari, gula dan fish sauce...

Buat Lobster Thermidor....grilled lobster covered with cheese...macam kat Victoria Station. Sedap tau Mrs...:love: Tapi Plat lom pernah cuba buat sendiri lagi....resepi dah ada...

selalunya di rebus sampai masak ikut size,pastu buat butter sauce(garlic,butter dan daun parsley)Bila dah masak potong dua dan letakkan butter sauce di atas atau keluarkan isi dan cicah je.Potong dari bhgn bwh tpt isi nya,kena pisau tajam.Atau pun grill je..squeeze je lemon atau cicah juga dgn sos butter yg bercampur lemon.

tentu seronok anak2 myra masakkan  udang arini..
nampaknya tak rugilah mak dia menjoinkan diri kat bod ini...

emm..memang tak rugi la akak liza...sedap n simple gitu...udangnya lak fresh
baru amik dari pasar bisik kat kuala muda..udang sekarang ni tengah murah...tapi
ikan ade sket mahal la..

Udang Masala

BHN:
Udang sederhana besor (campur ngan serbuk kunyit + garam, goreng sekejap)...angkat ketepikan.
Bwg besor (separuh potong dan separuh lagi kisar)
Bwg putih - kisar
Halia - kisar
Cili merah - kisar
Tomato - kisar
Jintan manis
Jintan putih
Ketumbar
Lada putih
serbuk kunyit
serbuk cili
kas2 } option
Daun kari
serai
santan

CARA
Panaskan minyak, tumiskan bwg yg telah dipotong.
Masukkan bahan yg dikisar.
Masukkan serbuk cili, santan,udang serta rempah ratus dan gaul rata
Masukkan garam
Siap.

Sambal udang buat makan mlm sat tadi


Cara cara membuatnya
==============
- Bawang putih digoreng dgn bawang besar yang telah dimesin halus (sampai garing)
- Masukkan chili boh & curry powder (3 sudu besar) - kacau rata
- Masukkan udang
- Masukkan Gula & garam sesedap rasa

Tutup kuali - dlm 5 minit


Bila udang dah bengkok jadi huruf C angkat lah.

* huruf C meaning udang dah masak
* Eden tak makan bawang merah so pakai bawang putih and bawang besar (french onion) sahaja

Sorry Mrs..Plat lambat reply sebab pergi holiday la. Tiap hari ada jugak masuk kat CARI ni tapi tak sempat masuk semua thread.

Lobster Thermidor

Ingredients:
1     lobster/crayfish (lebih kurang 1 x 750g), cooked (dah direbus)
20g fresh parmesan, grated

For the sauce:
30g      butter
1          shallot, finely chopped
284ml   tub fresh fish stock
100ml   double cream
1/2 tsp English mustard
2 tbs     parsley, chopped
1/2 lemon, juice only
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method:
1.  Cut the lobster/crayfish in half and remove the meat from the claws and tail. Leave to one side. Remove any meat from the head and set aside. Cut the meat up into pieces and place back into the shell.

2. For the sauce, put the butter in the pan, add the shallot and cook until softened. Add the stock and double cream and bring to the boil. Reduce by half. Add the mustard, herbs, lemon juice and seasoning.

3. Pre-heat the grill and spoon the sauce over the lobster meat. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese. Place the lobster halves under a pre-heated grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
