nak tanya la..resepi suria modified by sue tu mcm kat bawah neh kan

Donut Suria _ modified by Sue

3 cwn tepung gandum
3 sudu mkn susu tepung
2 sudu mkn shortening
1 sudu mkn butter
1 sudu mkn gula castor
1 biji kuning telur
200 ml air suam
2 sudu mkn yis mauripan..

masuk semua bhn kecuali air & butter... ramas & gaul sampai jadik mcm serbuk then baru masukkan
air suam.. uli lagi.. bila dah sebati but still melekit masukkan butter.. uli sampai lembut & tak melekit
gentel bulat & biar 1/2 jam baru goreng.. memang gebu & teramat lembut... kena makan masa
suam2 tu memang sedap (mkn panas2 kang rosak gigi)....lembut sampai ke ptg...


yang yis tu guna yis basah atau kering yek..kita ada yis basah je neh..camne

dari apa yg pernah baca, ...just doublekan berat yis kering tu utk dapatkan sukatan berat yis basah

contohnya kalau 5g yis kering = 10g yis basah.

tapi taktaulah kalau sukatan guna sudu ni macamana plak.

nash donut ni baru lagi,
satu company dengan restoran nasmir aka nasi kandaq,
kalau tak salah, baru buka kat Perda Penang.
n ada satu lagi cawangan kat SP, kedah.

rasa donut ni sedap, saya baru jer beli, esok nak kena gi bli lagi,
sebab my daughter dah mintak, nak onut.

so sesaper kat area utara ni cubalah nash donut,

ekceli ni kai ketiga buat guna resepi lain2..

first guna resepi noor masri..- ok la jadi..lembut .. (tapi kita guna yis kering msa neh..)

second guna resepi kak hanieliza - lembut gak...pastu kita uat pau ikan bilis sambal dari half adunan tu.- guna yis kering gak

third neh terai guna resepi sue modified tu..    serap minyak..memula je naik gila2..bila dah goreng dia tak naik sgt.. pastu serap minyak byk sgt.. maybe sbb shortening tu.. tak mo dah uat guna resepi neh..tgk org len buat jadi je..kompem la aku tak reti buat    pastu suka2 je alter guna yis basah

just edit untuk kecikkan sikit gambar tu....kalau besar sangat page jadik berat dan lambat keluar gambarnya, especially bagi yg internet connectionnya slow.

korang semua. ada tips tak utk kasi gula tu melekat.
naiz nye donat tak lekat gule. lepas goreng terus tabur, sbb ada minyak lagikan.
tapi still gak cam terbogel jer tak bergula.

maisya, tengok donat nko... sakan melekat gule tu.

plss lah korang... anak aku suka donat. sodap lembut resepi jac' co
