kat sini, pak arab teruja kot sbb walaupun dh semalaman still gebu..donut diorng keras kejung jer.

ooo gitu yer,.. lum try lagi ala jco tu sbb mcm remeh temeh nk buat...pastu yang penting klu nk buat jualan surelah nk jimat masa ngan koskan ...cuma tang susu tepung tk daya ler nk jimat sini mahal.. ,bab serap minyak tu, klu buat jarang sekali serap minyak..ikut atas tepung...

ada beza kot klu ltk shortening ngan butter buat donut tu berminyak..kt sini sah2 kena guna butter kesemua sbb shortening ssh nk dpt...experiance dari resipi simpanan yang ada, still suria lagilah.

yer sy guna gula kasar jg..kira tk banyak songeh ler..kekdang msk jer dlm mixer yis pun tk sempat nk kembang..tp naik ok jer..tambahan plak kt sini musim sejuk..klu buat resipi lain berjanggut gk nk tunggu naik.

klu doh mcm keras skit,  jng lebihkan butter, biar lebih air tkper.... dan jng perap lama mcm di suggest klu guna yis kering.

em, kene refer BM's manual
sy guna amway Noxxa's BM.
letak cecair, gula, n garam, softener, margarin/shortening kt bahagian bwh skali.
lepas tu tabur bhn kering i.e tepung, susu tepung, improver.
atas sekali baru letakkan yis.

salam..

1st time posting comment kt sini..slalu kt gosip je..hehe..

skrg ni..dh dok jauh beribu batu dr family..kena la belajar masak sendiri..dulu tu..kalau teringin nak makan..naik keta terus pilih kedai mana nak pergi..skrg ni..semua kena belajar masak sendiri..so kalau tak tahu nak masak..FnR jadi tempat belajar..

ni nak send report..2nd attemps wat donut..2 2 guna resepi kak noor..1st tu shu guna dry yeast..tp kalau dh baru nak belajar kan..semua ikut arahan..suh ikut 1 jam..shu ikut la..tp agak keras walaupun rase sedap sgt...ni baru wat 2nd time..still guna dry yeast..tp wat 1/2  sukatan je..sbb takut tak jadi..kali ni..shu berjaya..guna plak breadflour..yeast still guna 6g..pastu tak tunggu sampai 1 jam..1/2 jam je..doh dh naik 2 kali ganda..suke nyer ati ni..siap call en hubby lg..suh rase donut ni..hehe..so shu nak tunjuk hasilnyer ek..tarrraaaa....

Donut suria tapi saya ubah susu tepung kepada susu pekat..

tu la..donut tu gebu sampai ke malam..rugi je buat 1/2 adunan..ingatkan sebelom nak bersalin ni..nak buat lagi..kang teringat2 donut kak noor..

memang lembut sgt2... tapi terlupa nak ambik gambar yg dah bersalut gula..
