Negara ada undang-undang syariah...kalau tak ikut undang2..buat apa nak tubuh...dan ikut perlembagaan..artikel 121(1a) kalau x silap..mahkamah sivil tak boleh campuri urusan mahkamah syariah..korang nak jadi juara tebuk tupai cam cina? |

PETALING JAYA: Hoteliers have expressed outrage that an international-class hotel was targeted when anti-vice officers from the Selangor Islamic Affairs Department (Jais), joined by state executive councillor Datuk Dr Hasan Ali, raided two premises here and in Mutiara Damansara last week.
Codenamed Ops Mungkar, the Friday night and early Saturday morning raids ahead of the New Year celebrations were led by Jais director Datuk Marzuki Hussin.
The raiding team also included Dr Hasan, the controversial PAS leader who is often seen as being at odds with his party leaders and Pakatan Rakyat colleagues. The raids saw action being taken against 41 Muslims 18 of whom were caught consuming alcohol an offence under Selangor's syariah law.
Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) chief executive officer Reginald T. Pereira questioned why the hotel, which was well-known and of international standing, had been targeted.
“I have observed raids carried out on selected establishments while the one next door was excluded and I'm wondering why,” he said.
“There are many independent entertainment outlets around the area.
“Besides, our hotels are well-managed and disciplined,” he said, adding that the timing of the raid was unfortunate from a tourism standpoint as there were many foreign guests during the festive season.
Pereira said he respected Jais' religious authority to conduct such inspections but urged the department to be “consistent and applicable across the board” when carrying out its enforcement duties.
“It is Jais' prerogative to carry out inspections but it must ensure all outlets in the vicinity are inspected,” he said.
A spokesman of the hotel confirmed that the raid had taken place, saying the entertainment and liquor licence for its pub was inspected at around 1.30am on Saturday.

salahkan jais jugak
Salah jais sebab ayat tuhan terang2 tak benarkan aktiviti pengintipan kesalahan org di tempat tertutup. Itu dikira kesalahan dia dgan tuhan, xperlu sibuk2 nak jadi tuhan hukum org sesuka hati. |

katanya rata2 nye org akan mati dlm cara routine hidup mereka
cth sekiranye beliau selalu pergi ke masjid maka kemungkinan juga 1 hari beliau akan mati ketika melakukan routine harian beliau , cth sakit jantung ketika ke masjid, accident ketika ke masjid , dsbnye...
sekiranye si polan selalu lepak kedai kopi, mgkn matinye juga ketika melakukan routine harian beliau..

klo menikah siam tu bsuk2 tindakan tata trtib je. klo tgkap khalwat mmg kena buang. sbb tu klo tntera pling tkot nk checkin tp klo sistem manusia mesti ada cara2 nk elak kena tgkap |
