Udang Goreng dengan Sos Plum.

Bahan:

Udang harimau dalam 1/2 kilo

4-5 tangkai cili merah
cili padi dalam 15-20 tangkai
2 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang merah
3 sudu taucu
3 sudu sos plum
3 batang serai
minyak

Cara :

Goreng udang sampai half cook dalam minyak. Lepas tu angkat. Tumis pulak bawang putih bawang merah, serai dan cili-cili. Masukkan taucu, sos plum, dan kacau (kalau kering sangat tambah air sikiiiiit je). Pastuh masukkan lah udang.

Hari tu try masak udang resepi duchessofkent, alaa resepi udang hari ahad tu, tapi saya buat hari jumaat :lol

mula2 cuak gak sbb tgk pakai rempah byk sgt, pastu ngn sercuk cilinya lagi..takut pedas..tapi sedap..rasa sikit2 nk macam masak pajeri, sbb bhn2 lebih kurang sama kot..
anyway..boleh buat lagi..

hai semua.. jarang2 gi thread nih..

tp nak tanya kot2 sesape ada resepi udang goreng salut tepung..

kalau ada ble share tak, sbb saya buat slalu x jadi..

tepung dia x mengelembung cam kat kedai tuh..

adunan tepung tuh x betul kot.. sbb saya ikut sesedap rasa jer..

teringat plak char kuey tiaw kat penang.. udangnya besar2.. lemak2 je.. lagi kaw kalau char kuey tiaw tu banyak kuahnya... nyum nyum.

lerr sue..tensen laa jugak kekadang sebab penat kopek last2 takde isi!
dah lupa nk kopek lagu mana sebab dia ada cara utk dapatkan isi yg tak hancur..
ada jugak orang gunting kat tepi2 kiri dan kanan..seingat aku laa..
gunting tang tepi2 tu kendian start kopek dari ekor ke kepala..ke dari kepala ke ekor..tak ingat lah!tu pasal lama sgt tak makan..hang tgk tang mana udang ketak nie..nk jugak memborong!

A'kum sumer..
ni kita nak share satu resepi pakai udang..sedap gak resepi ni. Nama dia Spice Shrimp Pilau..
Kita jumpa kat internet. Buat ni for dinner tadi and turns out, sgt la sedap Puehh hati makan..

Kepada yg nak cuba sila la yer

Spiced Shirmp Pilau

500 g Fresh or frozen medium shrimp in shell; peeled & deveined
1 ts Grated gingerroot
1 ts Ground coriander
½ ts 5-spice powder ( yg ni kita pakai garam masala )
½ ts Paprika
¼ ts Ground cumin
¼ ts Ground turmeric
3 tb Margarine or butter
1 tb Cooking oil
¼ c Finely chopped onion
3 Cloves garlic; minced
1 Fresh chili pepper; seeded and chopped
1 ½ c Long-grain rice
3 ¼ c Water or chicken broth
3 Green onions; sliced

In a large bowl combine shrimp, gingerroot, coriander, five-spice powder, paprika, cumin, and turmeric. Cover, let stand at room temperature while preparing rice. In a large saucepan heat margarine or butter and oil till margarine or butter is melted. Add onion, garlic, and chili pepper. Cook till onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Add rice. Add water (plus 1/2 teaspoon salt if not using chicken broth) or chicken broth. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or till rice is nearly done. Stir in shrimp mixture. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Cook, covered, about 5 minutes more or till shrimp turn pink and rice is tender. To serve, spoon onto a serving platter. Garnish with green onions and cilantro, if desired. Makes 4 main dish servings.

pagi semalam I cvuba masak resepi baru... yg rasanya sungguh refreshing!
Resepi asal daripada Zurynee dari KC.
I ubah sikit ikut citarasa I...


gambar kureng kerana pakai hp jer... digicam low bat... :malu:




UDANG BERSAMA LYCHEE

Bahan2
--------------

1/2 kilo tiger prawns (bersihkan dan tinggal ekor jer)
1 sudumakan bawang putih - tumbuk lumat
?  biji bawang besar (kuning) - hiris
1/2 biji lada benggala - di potong kecil
I tin buah lychee - keringkan airnya
3-4 batang celery - hiris
1/2 cwn kelopak lily bulbs - di rendam hingga lembut (optional)
1/2 cube ayam
1/2 sdm lada putih
garam

1.        tumiskan bawang putih dan besar hingga naik bau.
2.        masukkan celery, lada benggala, kelopak lily dan udang, biarkan ? masak.
3.        masukkan lychee, lada putih dan garam. Biarkan hingga udang masak betul.
4.        Hidangkan panas2

Udang ketak dkt sini dijual badannya sahaja. So saya belah dua badan dia  - senang bila makan. Nak masak pun senang

tamarind prawns cranko...



TAMARIND PRAWNS/UDANG ASAM by Cranko

Bhn
1/2 kg udang size besar
segenggam asam jawa
1-1/2 cwn air
20 biji cili padi
5 helai daun limau purut - hiris
2 biji bwg besor-belah 8
1/2 cwn isi mangga manis-lenyek halus
1/2 sdm gula
garam

campurkan asam jawa dan air tadi - ramas dan ambil airnya
rendam udang dengan air asam jawa selama 1/2 jam
panaskan minyak dlm kuali dan tumiskan bwg besor dan cili api
masukkan isi mangga,daun limau purut,udang, gaul rata
masukkan garam,gula,air asam jawo, tutup kuali dan biarkan kejap.

satu lagik resepi udang..

UDANG MASAK SERAI ALA THAI by Chef Abu Khairi

Bahan2:-

500 gm udang sederhana besar [buang kulit dan tinggalkan bahagian ekor]
1 ulas bawang besar [hiris nipis]
3 ulas bawang putih [hiris nipis]
3 batang serai [diketuk/titik]
4 ulas cili padi [ketuk skett]
3 helai daun limau purut [carik2]
3 sdm sos cili Thai
2 sdm tepung jagung
garam
minyak secukupnya

Cara2:-

1. Cuci bersih udang dan buang tahi di tghnya kemudian gaulkan dgn tepung jagung lalu digoreng sehingga garing dalam minyak yang banyak dan ketepikan.
2. Panaskan kuali yang sama,keluarkan lebihan minyak dan tinggalkan sket utk menumis.
3. Tumis bawang besar,bawang putih,serai,cili padi dan daun limau purut.Kacau sehingga naik bau.
4. Masukkan udang.Kacau sebati.Masukkan sos cili Thai dan sedikit garam.
5. Kacau sehingga udang mesra dan bersalut dgn bahan2 tadi selama lebih kurang 5 minit.
6. Bolehlah ditutup api.Siap!

Nota:-
Hidangan ini saya buat semalam utk dinner memandangkan ada tetamu nak datang.Saya olah sedikit.Hidangan nie ringkas dan cepat disediakan.Lagi pulak hidangan nie paling licin.hihihi..
Tak rugi kalau nak mencuba..mmg sedap!
tapi pastikan udang digoreng betul2 garing.

Curry Prawn Capitan
Ingredients
•  750g large prawns
•  1 tomato, quartered
•  1 green chilli, seeded and cut into big slanting slices
•  3 tbsp oil
•  1 onion, diced
•  2 stalks lemon grass, lightly smashed
•  1 stalk curry leaf

Grind:
•  2cm piece fresh turmeric
•  3 candlenuts (buah keras)
•  ½ tsp belacan granules
•  10 shallots
•  3 cloves garlic

Combine with:
•  2 tbsp chilli boh
•  1 tbsp fish curry powder
•  ½ cup thick coconut milk
•  1 cup thin coconut milk
•  Juice of 1 large lime

Seasoning:
•  Sugar and salt to taste
Method
Trim prawns and cut a slit at the back of prawns. Set aside.

Heat oil in a microwave-safe casserole, fry onion, lemon grass, curry leaves and ground ingredients, uncovered on power high for two to three minutes. Add a little thick coconut milk and stir well once in between frying.
Pour in thin coconut milk and cook uncovered on power medium high for six to seven minutes.
Add prawns and remaining thick coconut milk, tomato and green chilli. Cook on power medium high, covered for four to five minutes. When curry boils, add lime juice and seasoning to taste.
Serve curry with rice or roti jala.


Yg dah di translate dan ikut keperluan pengguna isi rumah ..
