topping tue bubuh whipping cream + cooking chocolate + butter ( 1 sudu)
kacau atas api pelan.....
jadi la....
memang bersinar2 n yg penting sedap...
siap dapat tempahan lak...hehheh....wat la pinky
mmg slalu wat kek cekelat guna resepi kak hannah ni....moist giler...

aku igt nak wat kek nih

KEK COKLAT JGN PUKUL! [Tenko]

2 bj telur.
2 cwn gula.
(Kacau kedua2 bhn nih. Jgn pukul! INGAT... JGN PUKUL!).
1 cwn susu cair atau 2 s.b. susu tepung + 1 cwn air suam.
1cwn minyak jagung.
1 cwn air panas.

Bhn diayak:
2 cwn tepung gandum.
1 cwn serbuk koko.
1 s.t. soda bikarbonat.
1 s.t. baking powder.

1. Campurkan bhn yg telah dikacau ke dlm bhn yg tlh diayak.
2. Masukkan kesemua bhn lain. Kacau. Jgn pukul! INGAT... JGN PUKUL!
3. Bakar dlm acuan RING yg dialas dgn kertas minyak (atau sapu butter pd acuan, taburkan tepung then terbalikkannya. Ketuk2 skit acuan supaya lebihan tepung keluar).

soklannye : kalo guna acuan yg takde Ring bley tak?

saya pon dah try resepi niii... mmg sedap n moist. tak sangka plak kek ni besor.. sbb just 2 biji telur jer. rimbun biarkan ianya sejuk dlm oven jer, takut ianya mendap..... then wat topping simple jer.. cooking coklat ngan susu jer... tu yg cair semacam jer topping nyer

baru nak tempek resepi kek coklat yg saya try haritu..
kek nie makan lepas 2-3 hari selepas bakar baru best dan moist..

Kek Coklat Lembap

Bahan-bahan :-

A/
1 cwn koko
1 cwn gula
1 cwn air

B/
250 gm mentega
230 gm gula kastor
230 gm tepung naik sendiri
6 biji telur gred C


Cara-cara :-

1. Panaskan bahan A di atas api dan gaul sehingga cair dan sebati. Sejukkan dan ketepikan.
2. Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga kembang. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji dan pukul lagi.
3. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan gaul sebati.
4. Akhir sekali tuang masuk bahan A. Kacau sebati dan tuang ke dlm loyang.
5. Bakar pada suhu 180扖 selama 55 minit atau sehingga masak.

Nota :
Jangan pukul adunan terlalu lama, nanti kek tak gebu.
