Tu la..if italy pun I nak visit 2 places je milan & venice or rome & venice. tu la telan air liur bila @leni cakap cost seminggu kat Italy equal to 2 days at swiss *nangis*
okay laa daripada takde kan..hehek. if swiss harus hiking..tu pun kalau fit hahaha @leni tak sabar nak terjah thread swiss pulak hehe.

Tak lari Itali tu ... 
Saya pun slow2 nak cover Itali. First time pegi 1988 dulu -- Turin & Aosta dekat Mont Blanc, naik train & bas.
Lawatan ke-2 baru bulan lepas, drive dari France ke Cinque Terre & Pisa. Ingat nak singgah Genoa tapi cuaca buruk, jadi cuba lain kalilah. Mungkin akhir tahun depan balik Itali nak drive bahagian utara, bahagian lain entah bila.

Alamak..sebab I prefer gi Kuekenhof on the first day..cuz I touchdown kat Amsterdam from KL. Kuekenhof tu dekat from airport kan.

Bestnya pergi Italy! Venice is my dream place! But trip kali ni kena cancel Italy cuz tak bole cut ...
if I were U.. I akan cut some places. penat tau gi byk2 tmpt in one go ni. nanti masa akan abis dlm train or tunggu flight kat airport. tmpt yg nak dilawat hanya dpt tgk few hours jah.. touch n go gitu. I'm sure U akan plan utk datang lagi ke europe like most forummers kat forum ni. so better enjoy betul2 kat few places jer, jgn kejar sume tmpt nak gi sekali harung. so preparations pun akan lebih mantop, tak la cramp nak baca sume bende.
I suggest U drop Swiss for now. sebabnya time U nak dtg end of april tu is not a good time to hike (sebab U kata nak hiking kan). and time tu maybe snow akan turun lagi like early this year may pun snow masih turun. bunga2 pun tak byk kat higher elevation. U'll not get the best swiss experience nanti. so maybe next time U bleh concentrate swiss & italy. and make sure gi swiss at least in jun or better yet in july. baru la bunga merata2 & weather is so nice. for this time gi holland, paris & london je dulu. Keukenhof tu setgh hari is tak cukup uols! tambah2 kalo org pompuan. mesti giler tgk bunga2. stay la lama skit.

Thanks for your advice. nanti I discuss dgn my friends. cuz if tak pergi swiss n italy, we have 3 extra days gituhh. So maybe kena choose either one jugak but pergi 1-2 places je. Kat England lama sgt dah 5 hari hehehe..
I ada few questions lagi ni regarding Swiss but I'll ask kat Swiss thread okay.

lama nya akak kat london,
akak kalau boleh nak skip terus london.
plan asal akak hanya transit bermalam sahaja di london, next day terus menghala ke swiss.
tpai mengenangkan udah sampai, takut kecil hati pula londoner akak bermalam la dua malam, basically sehari setengah sahaja lah kat pekan london yg sedih itu.

Hi @Vokuro ..basically kat london 2 1/2 days je..another 2 1/2 days mau pegi city2 best kat England. Most probably Liverpool and Bath hehe ;)

Actually if you ask me ... England antara negeri paling boring di Europe -- even Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland more interesting. But that's me lah ... hehehe!

Lepas baca comment u..tak tau nak hiking ke dok hehek. Kalau takdir ada snow, celah mana nak hiking ke murren ek?
Mula2 plan macam nak cancel Swiss..as u said spring tak berapa best pergi Swiss..maybe nak pergi Italy..maybe Milan & Venice je..but train from Paris to Italy mak aihh jauhnyaaa! N lalu swiss jugak kan.

You are traveling end-April. Kalau fly Paris/Venice masa tu (skip Switz.), Easyjet less than RM400 all-in, return. Kalau Paris/Milan return even cheaper. Tak payah naik train, takes too much time.

Like this lah ... I help you make decision.
Switzerland -- weather might be lousy, scenic, pricey, easy to get to, stiff people, food mcdonalds lah.
Italy -- better weather, very cultural/historical, cheaper than Switz, but big country, better food (risotto, pasta, seafood, pizza), friendlier people.

end of April/early May weather mmg lousy eh @matsputnik ??
actual plan I choose Swiss, main reason dia sebab nak different sikit.
Paris more to buildings. Amsterdam-city & village/tulips tu, London/England of course buildings, so Swiss macam lain sikit, scenery kan.
Italy pun buildings. For my trip ni, I'm doing research alone..kawan2 get ready duit n ikut je.
So I tak nak laaa dorang boring tengok buildings je.
But as u said lousy weather, I risau pulak. Bayar mahal2..takut time datang tu tak cantik pulak.

Taklah boring sangat. London must visit, maybe Liverpool, Manchester, and some other touristy spots outside London. Tapi once enough, save money for more interesting places in God's beautiful world.
