Mid-morning meal will be great if this time u eat fruit. Contohnya 1 banana, atau 1 green apple atau senggengam angur atau apa2 fruits.
Jika time cuti ... For mid-morning meal u can make smoothie and make sure u add superfood inside ur smoothie (superfood akan di discuss on next topic)

Am currently trying to lose weight...15kgs..i bg tempoh 8 bulan..urghhhh..payahnya laa..that day,dh ...
iols pon bawa bekal juga tp tuk lunch je la
pagi biasa iols bf ngan suami
apa dia mkn i makan...tp kongsi iols jamah2 je
kul 11 mmg tetap isi perut dgn buah2an
peti ais mmg ada stok buah..agar x laparkan nk tggu lunch kan
buah2 ngan minum air suam
kul 1 lunch pilihan sama ada sandwich, oat, sup2
ulang2 gitu la...pndai2 la asal x bosan
kul 3-4 ke mkn sikit biskut/buah ke sbb blk nk senam kan
bg tenaga sikit
mlm ..msk tuk famili, iols ratah lauk...xpon mkn oat je

Two eggs, or as many egg whites as you like, cooked however you like (even fried). Make sure you do not use olive oil (apatah lagi vegetables oil or palm oil), instead use coconut oil. Mix with vegetables or any type of meat except mince. Do not consume sausages.
TIP: Protein is so important and should be in most if not every meal if you can. Egg whites are full of protein but too much yolk is unnecessary fat you do not need. Two egg yolks are more than enough per day.

Iols sebenarnya kan makanan asia yg paling mudah nak jadikan clean jika kita masak sendiri and yet still sedap as long u know the rules (mutia pernah mentioned sebelumnya)
