99 Speedmart sudah buka cawangannya yang ke-1000

NEIGHBOURHOOD retail chain 99 Speedmart has opened its 1,000th outlet at Section 13, Shah Alam.

To celebrate the milestone, the store offered attractive opening promotions and free food sampling.

NutriPlus eggs as well as 99 Speedmart pens and reusable bags were given to the first 100 shoppers while customers who liked the retail chain’s Facebook page received an additional free gift of a Coca Cola 250ml limited edition glass bottle.

Among those present was loyal customer Siti Raudza Othman.


“Apart from consistently offering lower prices, 99 Speedmart is the best place to shop because it is located in our neighbourhoods and saves us time,” she said.

The newest outlet allows customers the option of paying by credit card and offers bill payment services at the counter as well.

Customers can also top up anytime at the Woopit prepaid mobile top up terminal located outside the store.

99 Speed Mart Sdn Bhd branches operation general manager Yong Eng Kwang said the retail chain offers a greater variety of products compared with other convenience stores.


“We have pre-packed fresh vegetables, fruits and frozen seafood.

“We also provide frozen ready-to-eat meals from CP Kitchen which cashiers can pop into a microwave for customers to have a quick bite,” he said.

Yong added that 99 Speedmart sells goods at affordable prices, and is very convenient for customers as the stores are located within their neighbourhood.

He said the company would be opening new outlets every month.

In conjunction with its 30-year anniversary, customers can look forward to promotions at all 99 Speedmart outlets for a month starting from Aug 20.
