Yes for now. Kt tmpt kerja pun mereput je kat meja tunggu call dari user. Kat umah, mereput jugak lepas buat keje rumah.

Time single dulu yelah active mcm2 buat, balik keje badminton, bowling. Weekend ade je activity nye.

Kerja in sitting position, balik lepas mandi makan sambung baring.

Past 2 months in and off g gym at least 1 hour 3x/week.
Weekend try to trekking/hiking but now monsoon la pulak

I would say NO. I don't practice a sedentary lifestyle. I am an active person. Everyday except Sunday is my workout day.

My work schedule pun banyak jumpa clients. Gerak sana sini. Jarang melekat dekat office.

Balik kerja I selalu rehat kejap and then baru start workout. No need to go to the gym pun sebab all the basic equipments dah ada dekat rumah. Tinggal guna je. I selalu estimate 1 hour untuk workout. 30 minutes weight lifting and another 30 minutes for cardio. Workout pun sekadar mahu peluh. Janji peluh. Itu yang penting. Takdalah heavy sangat pun workout nya.

Most of the time I sangat active. Bergerak here and there. Before tidur wajib membaca or playing quizzez online.

I memang jenis active. Tak boleh duduk diam. Keep active selagi masih hidup ni. Utilise betul-betul kesihatan yang Tuhan bagi. Ibarat my chinese friend kata:

"Nanti mati rest lah puas-puas. Selagi hidup kita kena kekal active."

Baru2 ni saya baca definisi sedentary lifestyle. Katanya, kalau kita duduk atau kurang bergerak utk tempoh yg lama, itu dikira sedentary walaupun lepas tu kita workout utk satu tempoh yg lama. Misalnya, org yg kerja desk job dan tak bangun utk berjam2 lamanya (mungkin traffic controller yg tak boleh tinggalkan station sesuka hati), kemudian lepas kerja dia workout hard in the gym atau berlari sehingga 10,000 langkah in one session, dia tetap dikira mempunyai sedentary lifestyle. Sejak saya baca tu, setiap jam saya cuba sekurang2nya berjalan beberapa ratus langkah atau running in place beberapa minit.

I will say no. Tapi ada masa mmg nak sendiri je. Sy active sejak tahun lepas (gym, outdoor activity such as hiking, running, climbing) dan benda2 ni semua mmg buat kita akan byk kawan. Tp honestly sy sendiri kadang2 nak masa sendiri, ada masa sy langsung xnak keluar rumah just hang out with my books and my pets. Sampaikan sy xbuka langsung FB bila sy rasa nak sendiri tu Kadang2 sampai few weeks tp itu x menjadikan sy xaktif. Dan sbb sy aktif, sampaikan sy ‘hilang’ tu dorang kata sy dekat Gunung mana2

Paling penting, diri sendiri rasa happy dgn apa yg kita buat. Kalau duduk rumah buat kita rasa happy, why not kan? X semestinya keluar lepak dgn member, shopping, buat aktiviti macam2 tu happy. Kadang2 org nampak je happy tp dalaman xhappy. Peace.

I aktif la jugak.. kat tempat kerja mmg aktif.. kat rumah suka exercise dan masa tengok tv pun akan bangun2 buat kerja lain.. rasa tak best kalau duduk lelama

Strict definition of sedentary lifestyle. Bagi saya walau apa pun wajib kena ada pergerakan fizikal. Kena banyak bergerak dari duduk statik. Macam apa yang you praktikkan berjalan beberapa ratus langkah atau running in place for a few minutes, itu tersangatlah bagus. At least, you ada pergerakan fizikal. Kalau larat naik tangga jangan guna lif. Tapi kalau level tinggi sangat tak laratlah pula nak naik tangga. Kalau turun tangga bolehlah lagi.

Oh yes. Setuju sgt. At least kena ada pergerakan. Something is definitely better than nothing. Naik tangga saya tak berapa larat. Berpeluh kalau kat ofis. Turun tangga ok lagi.

Lifestyle mak lately dah makin menghampiri sedentary lifestyle. Sebab hujung2 tahun banyak issue yg timbul, duduk hadap pc lebih 8 jam, less exercise n napsu makan makin menjadi2. Gosh bimbang sangat. Bulan 1 nak start pegi gym semula at least 45 mins a day for simple workout. Sblm menghampiri quarter terakhir thn ni, mak buat juga squat, plank n brisk walk after working hours. Tp selarang sedeh. Cuma mak pastikan dpt tido cukup 7jam, minum air putih lbh 3l sehari n elakkan makan n minum yg manis2. Nak istiqamoh payah bebenau uols

Ya, untuk beberapa tahun. Makan tahun jugak,  smp perubahan pada tahap kesihatan dan emosi. Tapi tu 6 bln yg lepas,  keputusan utk resign adalah sesuatu yg tepat.

Skrg, i'm having an active n healthy lifestyle.

Perubahan cara hidup daripada aktif kpd sedentary lifestyle buat sy jadi stress..Dulu masa bujang, jalan kaki je pergi dan balik kerja..seronok sbb badan berpeluh..sekarang ni, pergi kerja naik kereta, pastu ddk di workstation almost 8 hours..balik rumah lepak atas kerusi plak..Sewaktu amalkn gaya hidup aktif dulu sy jarang sakit kepala, tapi sekarang ni mudah sgt dpt sakit kepala n stress..sempena 2018 ni saya berazam nk tukar cara hidup, bykkan exercise n lebih aktif..sbb sedentary lifestyle ni mmg berikan kesan negatif pada hidup saya.

pernah dalam dua tahun lifestyle mcmni.
mmg berat badan naik, cepat mengah sakit pinggang, foggy mind.  since last november i started jadi aktif balik. workout setiap hari. kalau buat kerja pun setiap satu jam i akan jalan2 untuk elak sakit pinggang. problem tebesar adalah i love reading novel from handphone. kdg passive juga untuk sejam dua.
