buah yg ptut dielakkan mkan ketika awal pregnancy:

-durian (panas)

limau and kelapa ni i ada consume masa pregnant 7 weeks. sebab masa tu loya sangat. air kelapa masa tu melegakan sangat. limau pun masa makan tu lega lah mual tu lepastu dia datang balik. i realize tekak i trigger rasa munta bila ada perasa makanan tertinggal. macam makan limau, nanti ada je terasa kat tekak. so caranya is lepas makan, bilas tekak dengan air kosong. And 1 lagi orang nasihatkan jangan biar perut kosong. Masa i muntah teruk sampai kena masuk air kat hospital tu, i makan biskut and air milo je. sehari total 6 keping je mampu telan sebab memang kena slow slow kasi dia masuk and stay. lagi laju i makan, lagi i akan muntah. sekian share pengalaman. now masalah yang berat is mabuk naik kereta. hadap lah setiap hari terhuyung hayang drive p kerja. sampai office je uwekk

air 100 plus ok x minum sbb asyik muntah je.. takut badan kurang air

masa i masuk hospital tu pun i tanya Dr perkara sama. Boleh ke? Lepastu Dr ketawa and cakap "bukan pregnant mom saja tak boleh minum air gas ni, orang sihat pun tak boleh sebab benda ni unhealthy". Tapi he said if nak minum, you beringat lah. maybe just a sip. or dia suggest buang gas tu. Lagi 1 kalau nak ganti elektrolit yang hilang sebab muntah, boleh ambil air khas macam gatorade. cuma kena ingat, kena juga berpada, jangan terus teguk 1 botol. sikit sikit.

My mother told me that she was helped by lemon or cucumber water with morning sickness. She also ate a lot of crackers in the first months of pregnancy. I dont know how useful it is, but mom said that if you just eat oatmeal, it will throw up, and if you eat oatmeal with crackers, then no. I was lucky, I did not have morning sickness at all.

masa awal preggy ingat kena bawa jeruk halia ke mana-mana. kalau tak asyik loya jer, lepas tu kena pakai baby powder je sebab perfume lain rasa pening. 24 weeks memang kena guna bantal ni untuk tidur https://bazaraya.my/home-living/ ... es?product_id=14662 kalau tak x lena.
