Tips nak kurus . dari 110kg turun 66kg

70% Diet + 30% Workout = 100% Healthy




Diet! Diet bukannya tak makan.. diet ialah makan! (Makan makanan sihat, tau tak kalau kita tak makan boleh gain weight?) Macam mana kakak makan utk pastikan berat turun and lemak hilang? Senang je sebenarnya 😉

Setiap meal bekpes, lunch, dinner wajib ade 4 benda ni:
1. Sayur
2. Protein (telur, ikan, ayam)
3. Buah
4. Air masak/ mineral

Sila kurangkan pengambilan 4 benda ni dlm setiap meal bekpes, lunch, dinner:
1. Minyak/ lemak
2. Gula
3. Karbohidrat (nasi, mee, roti, tepung)
4. Garam

Makan 6 kali sehari (korang xkan rasa lapar, percaya la diet itu sgt indah 😍):
1. Bekpes
2. Snack pagi
3. Lunch
4. Snack ptg
5. Dinner
6. Snack mlm
**Snack tu ialah kunyah sayur dan buah ya, bukan keropok cheese ring 😝

Workout! Banyak cara kita boleh workout utk kasi badan firm.. Gym, jogging, swimming, badminton, cardio, fast walk.. Macam mane kakak mule exercise dulu2? Kenal Youtube? (Time ni belum layan gym lagi) Kakak bukak youtube search "30 minutes cardio workout", kemudian download simpan dlm laptop.. Masuk dlm bilik.. tutup aircond, kipas, tingkap, pintu.. on video youtube tadi.. ikut tonggang tonggeng sampai lecun selama 30minit





So bermula dgn diet kat atas and workout youtube tu.. kakak berjaya turunkan berpuluh puluh kilo 🤗

Pesanan dari kakak:
Sebelum korang start diet n workout kat atas.. pastikan snap pic time tgh bulat byk2 n simpan.. sbb bile korang dah berjaya kurus.. time tu la korang akan menggelupur rinduuuu sgt sgt sgt nak tgk muke bulat bulat korang (itu yg terjadi kat akak skrg.. rindu nak tgk muke bulat dulu dulu 😂)

Carb tu plg susah nak buang. Ai okay tak makan nasi tapi roti plf faveret. Ai perasan kalau tak prepare makanan bekal utk kerja mmg akan makan belasag makan tahpape kat luar. Roti la selalunya. Nasi mmg snng nk elak. So walaupon dah kurg nasi tapi makan roti(buat sandeich) je still tak turun2 kg gak

I berterima kasih dekat tt @rokarina.
Sbb dia i kenal youtube 30min cardio. I pilih yg low impact n beginner.mostly team body project punya video. Walaupun dia kata beginner, tp berpeluh2 aku walaupun 30min je.

Walaupun aku jaga kalori, (ni pon sbb install my fitnesspal) tp body x cantik.. kalau x betul2 buat senaman. Tp kadang3 tersasar je kalori tu. so badan lembik. X nmpk sihat.

Yg paling aku impress,dari dec aku buat, smpi hari ni, aku dh lost 5kg. Betullah org kata senaman tu mempercepatkan penurunan badan.

Last 3 years pernah buat macam ni. Berjaya turun 9kg in 4 months. Nak start baliklah eat clean ni.

byk tu turun
kalau berat kita yg kurang dr 60 ni  setakat nak kurangkan 2, 3 kg jerk
maybe ambil masa sekejap jerk kan
tp kena istiqamah la yer...
tp tu la berangan jerk lbih

tau xpe, sbab meollss keje pepagi kol 6.45 da gerak cm rasa xsesuai lak nk bawak bekal..end up diet tapi minum air sampai 3-4 liter sehari..

I Cuma jaga makan dan exercise ringan seperti brisk walk, squat, plank,

Memandangkan I suka tea susu, I minum jugak 1 geas sehari then I bilas dengan air masak 1 gelas selepas minum tea, kalau tak minum, I kemurungan hahaha

Berat badan turun 2 kg in a month..... Nasi I ambil bila perlu je, like 4 hari sekali atau seminggu sekali

I banyak makan bihun sup / tomyam n gandum je, mostly I masak setiap hari
