Ayam Percik Kelantan, Buat Air Liur Merecik!

Sebut sahaja ayam percik, pasti rasa macam hmm renyahnya nak buat. Susahnya nak buat. Tapi tahukah anda bahawa ayam percik sebenarnya mudah sahaja cara penyediaannya?

Bahan-bahan diperlukan:
*2 ketul paha ayam
*2 ulas bawang putih (dihiris)
*8 biji bawang merah (dihiris)
*5 batang serai (dihiris)
*1 inci halia (dihiris)
*1 cawan santan (½ biji kelapa)
*3 keping asam gelugur
*1 batang serai (Diketuk)
*1 sudu teh gula
*Garam secukup rasa

Cara penyediaan:
1. Masukkan semua bahan dalam kuali dan masak sehingga mendidih.
2. Kacau rata sehingga pekat dan pecah minyak.
3. Angkat ayam dan bakar berasingan sehingga sedikit garing sambil percikkan kuah.
4. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
