sebab tu kebanyakan yg tau

bila company korang dpt apa2 jemputan makan malam

kononnya dh diberi gelaran
ambik je la tanpa rasa malu

last week aku pi tengok sales galley lbs cyberaouth ni. tengok townhouse. mmg ramai wei org dtg.tu aku pi hari jumaat time lunch.klu weekend tk tau la camne  org tgh sibuk beli rumah skrg sbb interest rendah. aku berkenan gak townhouse dia tp ada yg ckp area tu kawasan tanah tambak

sbb aku beli rumah dkt alam perdana, defect. skrg ...

apt atau kondo jika boleh elak beli elakkan
memang azab bila ada kerosakan
tapi pasti ada-bila rosak kita yg kena bayar
walaupun ada warenti bagai
maintainance fee asik naik je.
bila jiran bangla pakis atau apa2  lagilah azab
lebih lagi jika kita ada ada dara..lagilah kira risau.

kotor jgn cakaplah
masaalah parking lagi
jika mngntnya yg jaga kawasan kulit hitam pun azab


= elakan beli kondo.

Talam loses suit over Trinity brand name

Boutique property developer Trinity Group Sdn Bhd has won a legal suit against Trinity Corp Bhd, formerly known as Talam Corp Bhd, for using the Trinity brand name in its recent rebranding exercise.

Talam, which has been issued a permanent injunction, has been ordered by the Kuala Lumpur High Court to pay damages to Trinity Group, which has been using the Trinity name for all its business engagements since 2004. Trinity Group discovered Talam officially using the name, Trinity Corp, on Aug 18, 2011 following its rebranding exercise.

Talam has filed an application to appeal the ruling but the case has not been heard nor has a date been set.

Talam argued that the Trinity name was used by over 70 different companies in Malaysia and it should not have to comply with Trinity's demands.

The recent debacle involving Talam's debt recovery exercise and the Selangor government had caused confusion among Trinity's customers, business partners and the general public resulting in slower sales for the group.

"We are happy to announce that the KL High Court has ruled in our favour. In the oral judgment delivered on Sept 26, judge Datuk Hanipah Farikullah has imposed a permanent injunction on Trinity Corp for the use of the Trinity name in respect of property development in Malaysia," managing director Dato’ Neoh Soo Keat told a press conference yesterday.

The group has obtained a trademark for the Trinity brand name and "we will not hesitate to take any legal action on any infringement of the mark," he added.

On the damages to be paid by Talam based on the court's assessment, Neoh said his company has not yet proceeded with the assessment and is still gathering the relevant information.

Neoh had earlier this year corresponded with Talam's non-independent non-executive director Tan Sri Chan Ah Chye on the issue of their companies' names.

However, after a series of correspondences and meetings, the matter could not be solved amicably and this led to Trinity's legal action against Talam.

Sampai skrg aku masih susah nak hadam apa beza rumah selangor ku..rumah prima ker..apa yg specialnya jenis umah gini. Nak kata murah..takde beza pun..tetap mahal. maintenance byr free ke..loan rate murah ke..rasa tak pulak.

ko dah masuk umah ke dino.. tgk jalan baru mcm tgh buat .. tp bab banjir tu  ingatkan dah settle..tak settle jugak??

baru teringin nak beli subsale umah lama teres setingkat depan tu...harga diorg dah naik lepas LBS tu siap...tapi bila pk bab banjir tu...xper laaaa..tq...
