mula2 tu lapar...perkara biasa. pasal tummy kita dah biasa makan campur2. persevere. for a beginner, ur men u tu ok la..buat nasi dgn sambal tumis ikan bilis...if can, ikan bilis tu jgn la makan sama nasi.
nanti bila i ada masa i explain why carbo + protein tak leh. or those yg dah beli buku dia, leh tolong jawabkan. |

baju kurung biasa RM 35 . setakat ni mk hanya amik baju kurung je,
kalau baju fesyen tak sempat lah yela... ada anak kecik.. |

hari ni aku dah try berdiet ikut cara kak yela ..dah 4 hari dah...
mula2 mmg tak tahan..lama2 ok plak..
rasa badan lebih cergas ler coz kurang makan makanan berkolestrol tinggi...tapi weekend cadangyer nak makan makan ape saja..weekdays je diet.. ok tak kak yela...sian my hubby...dia makan sorang2 jer..hehe |

vea plak pagi mkn very heavy (nasi lemak or roti canai ngan air teh o limau suam) tengahari langsung tak makan petang b4 7pm mkn heavy lagi. ok ke? tinggi 155cm berat 57kg.
anybody pon leh komen k. tq |

ada.. fo far i've lost dlm 3 kg, rasanya in 2 weeks ++.
itu pun banyak mengelat... hehehe, siang ok la, blh follow for breakfast and lunch, bila dinner time susah amatt... sbb kena masak utk hubby n son, then temankan diaorang makan... tempting amat. sometimes blh lah makan lauk + salad je malam2, some other times .. bantai sekali lah nasik. But very small amount laahh.. dlm 4 or 5 sudu.
kalau terasa rajin, moi buat lah excercise (pilates/belly dance, sehari dua ni tgh try yoga ) - itu pun ikut terasa nak buat yang mana, dlm 2 to 3 times a week, around 20 to 30 mins session each.
tapi kalau weekend mmg off diet :@
agaknya itu le pasal tahap penurunannya very slow ... |

sbb dengan cara makan macam tu pun still blh turun lg...
kalau tak makan langsung lagi la kan....

mmg.. rasanya kalau ikut 100% fft nyer rules, mmg blh turun banyak .. tapi motivation kena kuat, like me.. ikut mood jugak. kena time dinner masak chicken cordon bleu last week mmg makan sampai licin.. hahahah
target next month another 3 kg .. |

dok kata nk start, selalu dpt buat pagi aje....time lunch...cuba juga. but bila kena lunch dgn clients, mula la x leh resist.
i now bfeeding...aduh dahaga sokmo! weight still hovering arnd 57-58kg...tension!
okeh...esok try lagi....i must lose 6 kg in the next 2 months....thts when my bb is 6 months old. if x berjaya....habis la i!!!!!!!! |

cara u definitely bkn ffl, lea. u lebih kurang my weight...but im 9 cm taller than u. so, kita dua2 kena lose weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
