It has been quite a while since my last log in...busy with work. My book was launch by MB yesterday.
It gave me a lot of satisfaction knowing somebody are reading what I have wrote...wakaka (as if nobody read my posting). But good to know they actually pay money to read what I have to share.....Anyway I am OK and will try to contribute to this forum more often. Hi Saine. congratulations on yr book. what is it about? tell us about it. It is nice to put thoughts on papers ya, and have ppl pay to read yr thoughts.
I tried my hands on writing a book once but couldnt take the heat. I wrote an academic book for A-level. I even got a publisher for it already. but after a few chapters I abandoned the project, despite the publisher harrassing me for it.........so much going on in my life at the time, I just couldnt cope........anyway, the manuscripts are still with the publisher, incomplete though. I doubt I will continue.
my passion is writing too, sometimes I write articles for the papers.
gambar kambing tu? hehe, tak ada apa lah. selalu impikan ladang milik bersama, di penuhi binatang ternakan......the first time kambing tu tengok kut... |

Its more of a coffee table book about Taiping..."Taiping Life and Soul", commissioned by some government department.
They obviously took credit for my works...but its OK as long as I get paid...wakaka. I took most of the photos, designed and wrote the book..go to Taiping talk forum..for review by some who had read it. Writing and photography is like building a jigsaw puzzle....the more we see and think about them...the more complete our puzzle will be...the more we understand about this life and our place in it...so keep going, not because we had to but because we want to know the secrets and wonders of this world. I think the more I know the less significant I become, and that my dear made me feel GOOD about living.....perrrrgh I should stick to poem huh??? |

Ive never actually been in Taiping. lalu while driving ada lah. sekali saya drive ikut jalan kampung di Perak, just to see kampung lifestyle. saya suka. cuma sesat big time sebab map yg ada tak reliable. |

hey saine,
PDF version is ok too but since its costing RM80 I figured I coudnt ask for free from you. heheh. I will let you know once I read it.
as for virtual verses real........well I like both. virtual let you escape from reality and sometimes thats not bad. |
