maklang biasa wat camni jer...very the simple

GULAI AYAM MASAK CILIPADI

Ayam-potong kecik2

BHN TUMBUK :
cili padi
cili merah
bwg merah
bwg putih
halia
kunyit hidup

serai - titik
asam keping
santan (asingkan patinya)
kentang - belah 4

Masukkan semua bahan dalam periuk dan didihkan.Last sekali masukkan pati santan tu.Jangan sampai naik minyak nanti gulai ayam tak cun.

yeyeyeyye.. dah siap!!! rasa kuah cam sdap even tak letak asam keping.. kat sini tak tau mana nak cari.. kalut sket nak masak sb kat sini dah kol 4.10ptg.. sib baik maklang ada....

nak tumpang tanya...

apakah yang mebuatkan masak lemak cili padi yg di buat ada ummmphhh... ?

adakah disebabkan serai..kalau letak lagik byk lagik umpphh... atau

sebab daun kunyit ? atau sebab santan atau... aper yer... :stp:

pernah mkn tak korang semua..sedap betoii kita mkn aritu..tp sape ada resepinyer ehhh...apa yg membuatkan dia sedap...aritu dia letak belimbing buloh..asam tu yg buatkan sedap kot..kat kg melambak belimbing tu xpenah mkn..ruopanyer leh msk...hehehe..

kalau nabia..
santan+halia&lengkuas ditumbuk ikut syarat+cili padi kg tumbuk smpi lumat+serai dititik+asam keping+garam n masukkn skali ayamnya. sentiasa dikacau agar santan x pecah..dh menggelegak tutup api ltak daun kunyit..dh siap..eeheh..

wan(nenek) nabia slalu pesan masak lomak cili padi nogori x perlu masuk bwg eh..ikan ko ayam ko dh ado manis eh..santan eh pokat2..jangan cair..kacau yo stiap maso kang x sodap!

ehehhe..tu kot petua org tua yg leh jdkan masakan masak lomak nih sodap..

psssttt td den lupo nk ckp lotak kunyit hidup tumbuk..hehehehe so warnanya nnt nmpk comey..cam mak lang buat tu samo laaa... :nyorok:

ha'a..mak slalu masak lomak guna belimbing buloh(kalau x silap namo eh laa)..sdap kn..
nk buat tu sama jk cam masak lemak ayam..cuma bezanya daging tu sblm dimasak..diperap dgn garam+serbuk jintan manis+serbuk ketumbar n lepas agak2 1jam..tos airnya dan salai atas api..kat kg snang laa menyalai sbb slalunya salai atas dapur arang tu yg buat dia sdap..dan kalau diletak belimbing tu x perlu laa diletak asam keping...

nabia nih hak bg resepi payah sket ada measurement sbb suma main lotak yo..tp insyaAllah menjadi..

orang negeri sembilan nye lagi senang skit...next time u bole cuba ek...
cili api+kunyit idup tumbuk(kalau nak pedas cili api tuh kasi banyak ckit la)
pastuh gaul ngan ayam..panas kan kat api..bubuh la serai..ayam tuh kena
sampai kecut skit baru la bubuh santan ngan garam ke + ape-aper yang lain...
memang la sama mcm lemak cili api yang lelain..kena kacau slalu...

lohhh....tak peghasan pulak ciku bukan kat mesia.....:nerd:
gulai lomak cili padi ni sodap kalo buek podeh2...sampai air idung,air mato tu kuar tandonya memang sodaplah tuh..:nerd: asam koping tu tujuannyo nak ilang bau ayam...soghai tu pulak nak kasi wangi gulai tu...makcik maklang kalo masak gulai lomak nih,mau sogonggam cili padi oooo:ting:

k Noor masak lemak cili api pung camnih..dulu ada sorang kawan nogori dia ajar camnih jgn buh bwng katanya....mmg sedap..tak muak ...try lah..

Bahan-bahan:

Ayam - potong kecil
cili api -tumbuk
kunyit hidup -tumbuk
serai - ketuk
santan
asam keping
garam seckup rasa

Cara :

Masukkan ayam, bahan tumbuk, asam & serai dlm periuk bersama santan cair..pastu dah didih baru buh santan pekat..api kena slow

wan(nenek) maklang suko masak daging salai nih...resepinya <> macam masak lomak biaso tu...tapi daging salai tu wan maklang campur ngan bacang mudo...mesti buek podas2...baghu terangkek makan...
berpoloh2 makan weiiii

org kampong kerepek kalau buat salai daging ni, tak payah perap dengan apa-ape pun... salai je daging tu atas bara api sampai betol2 kering...bila nak masak nanti baru potong kecil2...yg penting bila masak lemak daging salai ni, jgn lupa cili api, kunyit hidup n santan...kelapa tu biar lebih sikit (pekat) dan buat pedas2 dan camporkan dengan belimbing buluh ke atau bacang muda...umph...sedaaaappppp...mak mentua lalu pun tak perasan...

Just nak share resepi yg kawan akak bagi. Gulai ni lebih kurang mcm gulai lemak cili padi ni. Tapi ayamnya digoreng half cook dulu.

Bahan:

Ayam - potong kecik (gaul ngan garam/kunyit sket) goreng separuh masak
Serai 2 tangkai
Bawang merah 2 ulas
Bawang putih 1 ulas
Cili merah anggaran 4 biji
Lengkuas sikit
Santan secukupnya

Blend semua serai, bawang2, lengkuas dan cili hingga halus. Tumis dgn sedikit minyak. Bila naik bau, masuk ayam tadi, lastly masuk santan. Masak sampai kuah pekat sikit.

:lol ff: waahh maklang...orang nogori jugak ko? ekekek..asal mano? abah den org gomeh..maklang kek mano? ecewahh jumpo lak geng nogori...kekeke..mahap yo  tuan umah...

tui tu kerepek...asalnya resepi tu xde pun perap2 nih..tp tu resepi dr nabia..nabia klu masak suka beno campur sna campur sni bg dia lg sodap..tp ada maso x sodap jugakkkkkkk!! wakakaka..biasa laa kn..suka test sna sni..br tau mana boleh mana x..tu yg x geti nk bg exact resepi sbb nabia suka bega2(ubah)..klu bab masak2 lauk pauk laa..tp klu pie ke..popia ke..kek ke nabia akn ikut laa sukatan..eheheh kang bantat jdnya kek tu..

mahap ye pencetus resepi...ekekeke..
