Because your scribes translated his name into Hebrew, the same way the Quran uses the Ara ...

LOL, that means Koran was written by our scribes since it calls Adam by Hebrew name?

There are Malay Muslims who are educated in the Middle East and know Arabic. So there is no need to peddle your ignorant assumptions here.

So what? There are Christians who learn Hebrew and Greek too. 99+% of Malay Muslims dont know any Arabic.

Nick,

What is Eve's name in Hebrew?  And if you do, what if the meaning of the name?

And do you know that Hebrew, Aramaic and Arabic are from the same language tree.  They are cognates.

And have you heard of shibboleth?

Btw, 99+& Malay Muslim do not know Arabic?  Isn't that figure a bit ambitious Nick?

Oh my my, Jerusalem Israel Nick?  Then you speak Hebrew and in Jerusalem, you must also know Arabic to an extend!

Still I wonder, the way you post as if you don't know the huge similiarity between these two languages.

I wonder.....

Hawa, giving life.

And do you know that Hebrew, Aramaic and Arabic are from the same language tree.  They are cognates.

They are similar, but still different. For example Adam in Hebrew mans "soil". In Arabic it has no meaning.

I speak Hebrew but I dont speak Arabic.

In addition, if we bear in mind that Hebrew and Aramaic are but ancient Arabic dialects,

LOL Arabic language appeared 4 century AD

If you mean your inaccurate and sometimes even ridiculous English translations, then I guess you are truly missing a lot.
