tgh baca pasal nie drp penulis buku dr india, dia tekankan kepentingan self-image yg diberikan oleh mak/ayah pd anak2....if u genuinely see ur kids as an achiever, and let them know that,...he/she will see himself/herself as an achiever.....

When u look into a mirror, it's your reflection u'll see. what is seen is what it is in reality. a life's mirror

plays the same role as to reflects and potrays us in the real world and that mirror are those around us..

I saw my striated muscular body:- pecs, delts, traps, biceps, triceps, abds, quads and etc.

Of course I love what I see except.....my balding head.

if u like wat u see in amirror.. means u accept the way u r.. and most probably u happy wit ur life

if u dont... u just not happy wit ur self... u hav trouble soul/mind.. low self esteem..

better do sumthing.. fix it rite.... if u hate wat u see in a mirror...

but mostly as a Muslim...syukur masih bernafas and thankfull for Kurnian nya....

What about people who seldom look into a mirror not because they don't like what they see but because they don't bother how they look ?

People can comb their hair without looking into a mirror what !

In my opinion such people are free spiritually because they are not bothered by their appearances ..... they grow old happily and content , not bothered by wrinkles or pimples .

Appearances are a big deal for people who live in the West ,the constant bombardment of skinny scantily clad models with flawless beauty in the western media has succeeded in brainwashing their society to solely and fanatically focus on appearances alone. They are willing to spend a fortune to look young , slim and without wrinkles ... its a life full of worries . A mirror has proved to be their worst enemy, telling them this part of their face needs to be changed and that part of their body needs to be fixed endlessly

hahahaa... you are right about the west.. they are sooooo obssessed with their fashion.. as if every year.. every season... there is a trend and we Asians here in UK will wait for the end of the season for stock clearance... the british they wont care and they will despise those who wear outdated clothes....

they call us outdated... we call them FOLLOWERS....

people in the west spend all their energy and time and effort avoiding old age and death
