About Us

The Pure Life Society was founded by the late Swami Satyananda in 1949 soon after the Second World War, on a spiritual foundation and its activities are governed by the Pure Life Society (Shuddha Samajam) Incorporation Ordinance No. 15 of 1957

INSaF

INSaF is a study circle comprising individuals and representatives of religious and spiritual organizations. The aim was to discover, propagate and practise common spiritual values contained in all the religions and to know about and respect the religio-philosophies of others besides one's own.

Mission Statement

"In order to ensure national well-being through religious harmony built on a foundation of appreciation and understanding, INSaF is dedicated to providing a platform and means for people of different faiths to come together to promote common principles contained in all religions, thereby fostering unity in diversity."
