aku ni kategori berat gak tinggi 170/81kg
aku pon target nak turun dlm 70-75kg je
sbb nak nampak fit

Kurangkan mkn nasi, lunch jgn tambah nasi, malam klau bleh jgn amik nasi langsung, amik bihun, mee atau kuew tiau. Weekends g jogging, sit up klau korg larat tp bg aku sit up ni nonsense la, jogging is still the best

tapi berat ideal utk tinggi aku dlm range 68-73kg...
so aku perlu turun at least sampai 73....
cepat la capai....
skg mcm dah susah sket nak turun daa...
even though aku exercise hari2...

then naik bukit kat kawasan umah aku 2 kali + naik bukit curam 30m sebanyak 10 x...
berpeluh lenjun gak la...

kalo mewakili bf aku...bf aku jg badan...tp perut die xjg sangat...sbb dulu die active...skg dah abape active...muscle sume jd lemak...laki boley ke sit up???org kate laki xelok sit up...xtau ape efek die...hmmm dah tu cmne aku nk buat perut bf aku kempis balik eaa???aku nk tau cara exercise je...xnk pakai produk meraban kurus lah...ade xsape2 tips cara exercise yg bgus utk perut...

muscle takkan jadi lemak dan lemak takkan jadi muscle. nak kempiskan perut yg buncit, bukan dgn cara sit up. sebab tu encik batabaka kat atas tu kata sit up tak berkesan utk org gemuk. buatla beribu kali sit up, perut yg boroi takkan jadi kempis. nak perut kempis, kena bakar lebihan body fat. nak bakar lebihan body fat, kena banyak buat cardio exercise dan jaga makan. cardio exercise adalah senaman utk membakar lemak, sedangkan sit up adalah senaman utk otot perut (kalau perut kempis, buat sit up leh dapat 6 pack, tapi kalau boroi, buat sit up beribu kali pun six pack takkan muncul).

please note that we can't spot reduce fat, maksudnya kalau nak bakar lemak kat area tertentu je, contohnya kat perut je, memang tak dapat (ni yg ramai org tak tau). so kalau nak bakar lemak, kena bakar lemak di seluruh tubuh badan, caranya adalah menerusi cardio exercise (seperti jogging, skipping, stairs climbing, cycling, dan bnyk lagi, leh google) dan jaga makan. bila lemak di seluruh tubuh terbakar, maka lemak di bahagian tertentu yg kita target tu dah tentu terbakar jugak.

sit up ialah untuk membentuk dan menguatkan otot perut. tk banyak guna kalori.
kalo dah gemuk korg kene capai calroic deficit tuk bakar lemak, sbb lemak ialah energy reserve.

kalo rasa2 gemuk pergila wat senaman yang intensif skit, cam HIIT, swim, sprint, Plyometrics training dan jgak circuit training.
macam2 lagi laaa

peach cadangkan buat bodypump, pastu malam mkn wholegrain (bread/rice) ngan protein. makan wholegrain boleh kenyang lama sebab ianya fibre
