taktau laa sama ke tak


BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

1 kg kepak ayam (belah dua)
1/2 cwn Hot BBQ sos
150 gm mentega
minyak untuk mengoreng ayam

Cara:
1. Cairkan mentega dlm periok dan masukkan BBQ sos...
2. Panaskan minyak dlm kuali dan goreng ayam tadi, tapis minyak dan masukan ayam ke dalm periuk berisi sos dan gaul... keluarkan dan susun dlm tin pembakar dan bakar dlm ketuhar (350 deg) selama 10 minit

yg ni blue selalu buat, cilok dr net gak recipe ni

15 - 20 chicken wings (belah 2)
4 sb mentega
1 sb distilled white vinegar (ade yg jenama S&W kat supermarket)
5 sb hot sauce (selalu guna tabasco, kalau tak, sos cili pun bole coz kita ade guna cuka, so rase masam tu bole amik dr cuka, tabasco ni pun memang dah masam kan)
garam dan lada hitam secukup rase
minyak masak for deep fry

1. Goreng kepak ayam sampai masak. 8 - 10 minit. letak atas paper towel utk diserap minyaknye
2. Dlm periuk, cairkan mentega atas api sederhana dan campurkan cuka and sos. masukkan garam and black pepper to taste
3. Masukkan ayam goreng tadi and kacau atas api perlahan
4. Pastikan rase sos tu menyerap, so lagi lama ayam tu dimasak dlm sos, lagi best
5. Hidangkan

welcome... resipi blue tu kalau fathin guna tabasco, tak payah guna cuka dah. nanti terlebih masam. tapi kalau guna sos cili biase, kena masuk cuka. kan kalau kite makan kat chili's or tgif, rase dia masam... uish... terliur la pulak...
