Toyota 1NR-FE 1.33L dual VVT-i vs Proton Campro S4PE 1.3L

Ni adalah gambar enjin 1.3L baru Toyota yang pakai dual VVT-i, which means lebih power drp enjin 1.3L lama yang pakai VVT-i biasa. cc enjin dier dekat2 jer dgn cc enjin Campro 1.3 yang pakai kat keter Proton Saga BLM (1329 cc vs 1332 cc). Enjin ni pakai kat keter Toyota Auris baru kat UK menggantikan enjin lama 1.4L dier yang setakat hasilkan 97 bhp. Enjin lama Toyota 1.3 lak cuma setakat hasilkan 86 bhp jer, macam kat keter MyVi tu.

Berbanding dgn enjin Campro 1.3 macam yang pakai kat keter Saga BLM ni, enjin Campro ni enjin DOHC tanpa CPS. Dalam keadaan camtu pun enjin Campro 1.3 dapat hasilkan 94 bhp, lagi kuat drp kebanyakan enjin 1.3L dgn variable valve timing. So, korang bleh imagine berapa banyak kuasa kuda yang terhasil kalau pakai CPS. Ikut kiraan haku, kalau enjin Campro 1.3 ni pakai CPS satu hari nanti, kuasa kuda dier akan naik jadik 107 bhp. Lagi satu, setakat ni teknologi CPS cuma setakat apply pada intake camshaft jer, tak macam dual VVT-i dgn VTEC yang apply kat dua2 intake dgn exhaust camshaft laa.

So, apa saranan korang...? Patut tak Proton pasang CPS kat Proton Saga gak...?

Ermm... lebih kurang camtu laa... sebab 1.3 Campro tu even tak pakai CPS pun dah 94 bhp, kalau enjin lain even dengan variable valve timing tu pun baru sekitar 80+ bhp jer... enjin Toyota 1.3 dual VVT-i tu pun lagi power pun pasal pasang VVT-i kat camshaft ekzos gak, sebelum ni kat intake camshaft jer... so sebab tu la haku cakap enjin Campro 1.3 tu kalau pasang CPS or even dual CPS memang giler nyer power laa...

these day, engine can produce good HP at will... but few things also set the big impact at the end of the day.

yes , campro is good on paper, but due to the karekteristik of the enjin it self, it provides no omppph comparing to the toyota's.... i've wrote about campro enjin before, and i dont intend to repeat myself... i'm not a campro a55 licker.. but, to tell u thetruth, the campro got potential to be a monster...
