Kereta talaan, selalunya merujuk kepada kereta buatan Jepun, Asia (Malaysia, Korea Selatan) ataupun Eropah, merupakan sejenis kereta yang menggabungkan keselesaan serta penggunaan bahan api yang rendah yang berpotensi menjadi kereta berprestasi tinggi jika diubahsuai, terutamanya pada bahagian enjin, memandangkan kereta sebegini menampilkan pengendalian yang cukup baik disebabkan badannya yang ringan serta sistem gantungan yang lebih canggih.
Kereta talaan berbeza dengan kereta supercar dalam banyak aspek; daripada harga sehinggalah kepada sesaran dan kuasa kuda enjin.
Sesetengah pengeluar kereta talaan menawarkan varian berprestasi tinggi bagi kereta keluaran mereka yang sememangnya sudah mempunyai peralatan berprestasi tinggi, seperti Subaru Impreza STi dan Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution. Oleh kerana saiz enjin yang kecil, kereta sebegini selalunya memanfaatkan penggunaan pengecas turbo atau pengecas lampau untuk bersaing dengan kereta sport yang lain.

CTech, the professional chassis tuners (formerly known as Zenden), was established in 1998 and is the first chassis strengthening products manufacturer in Malaysia. With the transfer of techonology from Zenden, CTech is at present offering wide range of bars; ranging from strut braces to rear lower arm braces for various makes and models of vehicle.
At present, CTech is moving towards motorsports to promote and highlight the quality of our products to the masses, and the first event that we had sponsored was the recently concluded Inaugural Team Toyo Street Gymkhana Challenge that was held at Dataran Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
While in line with our directions towards motorsports; we believe the best research starts from within. We established a motorsports division of our own. This motorsports division is known as CTech Racing (CTR). The main reason behind this establishment is to assist our research and development team to develop a much reliable product while not compromising its quality. The only way to get first hand information is through our own establishment and not through third party which other manufacturer is practising. We strongly believe reliability goes together with quality.
Working closely with Team Toyo Motorsports, a motorsports division of Toyo Tires; CTech boasts as the only professional strut braces manufacturer in Malaysia. There is no other manufacturer in Malaysia with a team of professional racers in the research and development units. Our research and development team consists of professional drifters, autocrosser, and professional circuit racer from the USA, Australia and Malaysia. Hence, we boast our products are strictly developed by racers for racers.
Even during its inaugural year, CTech has made a major impact in the motorsports industry and even at its infant year, we now have a strong support from motorsports enthusiasts all over the region.
