semalam masak simple yg sgt2...iaitu IKAN MASAK SAMBAL TUMIS CILI PADI...

resepi:
ikan- xkisah la ikan apa2 pun...goreng dlu cam biasa..
bahan- bwng merah, bwng putih, belacan sket, cili padi, cili merah, air asam jawa, gula n garam sket..
semua bahan tu i blender terus..

pastu, panaskan minyak, tumis semua bahan blend, dh agak garing n masak, masukkan ikan...siap..makan ngn nasik panas2...

kuih- ialah kuih tunjuk..mana sempat beb,..keja...

  ayam-ikut suka banyak mane
bawang merah
bawang putih
cili kering
serai
lengkuas
halia
(blend dan bahagi dua. Bahagian 1 perap kat ayam,bahagian 1 lg untuk kuah)

Bahan untuk kuah percik
santan
gula melaka
Bahan yg di blend td.
Garam

Campur sume bahan2 untuk kuah. Masak jgn smpai naik minyak. Ayam di bakar. Percikkan kauh skit2 kat atas ayam tadi. Bila ayam dah confirm masak,siram ayam tadi dengan kuahnye. itu saje. Sekian terima kasih.

semalam tengok resipi percik ni....teringat nak buat percik weekend nanti...
lepas keje, balik rumah ada siakap yang dah defrost
..terpikir gak..asyik siakap steam..sweet sour..3 rasa..so saya try buat percik pulak..hehe
sedap jugak..lawan dengan labu bercili...

labu(pumpkin)
cili api 5-6 bijik, bawang putih se ulas, ikan bilis secukup rasa...tumbuk hancur...then tumis...dah agak kering...
masukkan labu dan air sikit..tambah garam......tutup kuali..masak sampai labu lembut...

labu ni kalau buat sahur pun ok..

anis salah rumah..nak tepek kat sini tertepek kat rumah resepi ringkas nun pulak..tak apa, anis tepek jugak kat sini yer..


hidangan berbuka puasa hari ke-2
menu: ikan cencaru bakar, kuah asam cicah, pajeri terung dan kuih keria



hidangan berbuka puasa hari ke-3
menu: kari ayam campur kentang, sayur bayam rebus dan kuih badak berendam versi anis



hidangan berbuka puasa hari ke-4
Menu : nasi ayam dan roti john versi anis


Nasi goreng udang bersalji hidangan untuk bersahur...
