Sales teruk, Starbucks pecat CEO

Starbucks is replacing its CEO with the head of Chipotle to lead the coffeeshop chain, as it seeks to revive flagging sales and appease outside investors.
Starbucks announced Tuesday morning that Brian Niccol, who has led the burrito chain since 2018, will take over the coffee giant starting next month.
Laxman Narasimhan, who took over as Starbucks CEO in March 2023, is exiting the company.
Shares of Starbucks jumped more than 20%, while Chipotle shares fell around 7%.
The coffee giant has struggled this year, hurt by weak sales in the U.S. and China. It had also faced increasing customer complaints about declining service quality and rising prices. The company had recently come under pressure from so-called activist investors who’d purchased large stakes in order to force changes. Starbucks shares were down nearly 20% in 2024 as of Monday's market close.

Ekonomi sekarang orang pun berkira2 nak beli kopi harga belas2 & puluh2 ringgit segelas ni. Yang mampu silakan, xde masalah. Yg x mampu, minum je kopi aik cheong, 434, cap tupai, etc. Sedap jugak. |

tak rasa rugi duit ke spent belas belas ringgit semata-mata nak minum kopi jenama ni, sedang berlambak je kopi brew yg lagi sedap harga dalam 7-8 ringgit je |

Semua latte mahal. Yg murah2 tu saiz kecik sgt. Aku rasa latte stabak paling murah yg venti tu lg2 bila ada offer. |

kepci mekdi segala fastfood anak2 tak mintak dah
aku yg kuat minum kopi ni husband terus beli mesin kopi..
skarang ni bau kopi kat kedai pun x heran dah. |

Erm 434 x sedap. Kena beli coffee beans dan grind sendiri baru sedap. |
