L_Z, sorry.. saya terpaksa hadkan daripada u masuk.. sebabnya BMI u dah 18, which is a healthy weight dah tu.. kalau u turun ke 40kg, u akan jadi underweight, tu dah tak sihat ye..

maintain jela dlm berat skrg ni sbgai berat ideal..

nak join...tinggi 155 cm berat 60 kg... setiap minggu ke nak update berat? kalau tak turun berat tiap minggu mcm mane,nak update berat yg sama ke?

sis, i joined gym da almost 1 year. i joined gym curves, only for women dan bukan mcm normal gym yg ada treadmil semua tu.

    din_hbl........... memang BMI spt kurang..tak di nafikan....tapi berat skg ni 44kg look to fat la for me......sbb i dah biasa dgn berat 40-42kg..tapi tak pe la org tak nak bagi i join this club....{:4_230:}

gud for you sis, u made the 1st step. better u tau pasal kalori, metabolisma and how to count ur DCR & BMR, before u go further.
i dulu pun peminat tegar makanan segera n unhealty food.. tp sejak2 mula berdiet, baca byk buku kesihatan n join WLC, corak pemakanan sy betul2 berubah. pecaya atau tidak, dulu sy tak penah makan @ sentuh raw salad, but now da jd my fav dish

blum ada lg la tu, esk2 smpai la sinun
usually i pergi after work, every alternate day or 3-4times/week.
bila hri work out i left office by 5pm n whole process take about 1 hour. so sempat lg amik ank frm nursery n prepare simple food for dinner.
1 hour after gym mmg i makan,tp i pilih makanan yg sihat, i bakar sndiri chiken breast (campak dlm frying pan je) guna skit olive or corn oil, bila da half cook i msukkan plak brocoli,baby carrot n cauliflower, letak sikit salt.. yummyyy....
ataupun i buat salad with green apple, and soya bean. after workout mmg digalakkan amik mkanan berunsur protein.

dlm proses menurunkan berat badan u mmg digalakkan utk bersenam @ buat cardio. salah satu sebabnya utk make sure ur metabolisma tak drop.

ic... i didnt know dat. lepas workout makan protein. ic.
chiken breast +brocoli,baby carrot n cauliflower, <<< my fav!!! eventhough i love fast food. i love veggies too esp those yg u bgtau td. hehe...

kalau malas nk masak, makanan apa yer yg sesuai....

lepas sis makan, sis terus tido ke mcm mana? coz i always hear, better x makan after 6pm. so i was thinking mcm mana la nk plan healthy diet ni. coz i can imagine, kalau lepas exercise mesti lapar. huhu

buat dlm SS blog td.
'Basal Metabolic Rate' anda ialah 1364 kcal.

Purata kalori diperlukan anda dalam sehari ialah 1637 kcal.<<< is this my DCR?

owhh.... if i want to turun 0.5kg per week. meaning dat i only need 1637 - 500 = 1137 kcal. hmmmm

   bagus gak la u perhatin dgn perubahan berat badan u..skrg bmi u dh nomal..apa kata u maintain jer...hargai la body y ada skrg..... cherish it ..y penting amalkan gaya hidup sihat..jadikan diri lebih fit agar u rasa bertenaga dan lebih ceria..

bukan per teringan masa i zaman slim dulu..time tu memang tak hargai body..wpun dh slim tetap rasa gemuk gak...

peh tu bila kita tak syg body kita, body kita akan response secara negatif..hasilnya i jd betul2 gemuk..sampai tahap obesiti....

padan muka i..nangehhhhhhh
