I selalu bukak lgu ayda jebat (awak sangat nakal & pencuri hat) pas tu terkinja-kinja lah sengsorang kat rmh.  
Adalah penurunan kg gak...

Lg satu utk sebulan pertama, I terus cut habis mkn & minum manis.  Air masak 1 hari 3 liter.

Tu la..air manis dok minum 2 kali sari. Lps tu malam makan nasi agak banyak...hubby selalu paksa makan....kaka pun terima paksaan tu dengan redho ..tapi nk cakap perut dah tak buncit..

Cross fit machine 30 minit setiap hari plus weightlifting..1 bulan 5.5 kilo hilang dari 75 kilo...

salam all! first time masuk benang ni. nak tanya, ada tak suggestion utk brand yg jual whey protein halal? rasa mcm nak ambil lps buat workout. thanks for your feedback!

edit:
calling @rose_2011 ada suggestion utk protein shake ke bcaa ke amino acid ke.. any protein i shd take utk minum lps exercise?

rasa lapar n end up mkn nasi, huaa!!!

Thag means akak inch loss. Sebab tu sometimes kite rase macam berat naik tapi baju tetap rase muat. I ade bace sorang artis korea ni, dia tak kisah pun berapa berat dia asalkan ape yang dia pakai still muat.

TQ2...tapi sekarang dah hampir 2 minggu tak exercise...hadoi..tiba2 mood down...hari ni harap2 ada masa nk p la...ke mana semua orang. Tered ni macam sendu saja..sesendu akak yang malas p gym ni..ha..ha...

Akak i dah sebulan tak jaga badan sebab  konon alasan nak start pose dah hujung bulan ni. Tapi nasib baik berat turun jugak walau tak banyak

itu sudah semestinya sistur.....dulu makan 3 pinggan badan maintain je tak naik...sekarang ni dah umo nak masuk 40, makan 3 mulut pun cepat je dia naik...

tahun 2010 (lps bersalin anak 1st) jaga makan + exercise dlm 5 bulan turun  15 kilo (dari 64kg ke 49kg)
tahun 2017 (bersalin anak ke 2) jaga makan + exercise dlm 5 bulan turun  5.8 kilo (dari 64.2kg skrg 58.4kg)

target kali ni hanya 55kg hujung bln puasa sbb rsnya 49 tu terlalu kurus dengan ketinggian 163cm dan umur pun dah xmuda sgt 40an...

So true. Dulu, sap2 soi jer boleh turun 5kg in a week with diet and exercise. Now, dah 30 plus ni, 2 weeks pun baru turun 1kg

oitt siti...belum turun2 ke lelemak manja tu..


lupa plak... colleague usu baru masuk kerja lepas bersalin..perut dia nipih cantik tak geleber....tnya dia amalkan apa masa pantang..dia ckp dia makan jamu mustika ratu. selain tu dia makan jamu susut perut mustika ratu.  flat la perut dia usu tgk.. dan dan tu usu pi beli kaplet susut tu kat meden. ni baru seminggu mkn..tp asek lupa jerlah..kejap mkn kejap tak..

utk tak ot...siti ada exercise dak?

Ko ni saja kan..nak kasi akak membuntat balik le teww..... Kakak nak umumkan satu berita..chuols jangan menagis bucu katil pulak dengar ye..mih..mih..kaka dah turun 2 kg chuols....waist dah jadi 28.5" dari 31 "..lps time mandom tu, kaka gigihkan hati...kaka teruskan bersenam. Turun naik tangga, zumba, yoga sikit2..buat streching meching...dan juga sit up..akhirnya...akirnya...kaka turun 2 kgs chuols..clap...clap..clap.... jom..ke arah tubuh slim melim di pagi raya... #roadto27"waist
