In order to avoid the situation that you have forgotten your Forum
account password and you can not retrieve your password with the
previously registered email, we strongly advise you to perform the
following steps:


Step 1:  Make sure your forum account and registered E-Mail are still
              valid.  If you find out that your email can no longer be used or
              is no longer valid, please go to the following website to modify
              your account details and e-mail address:
              http://eforum6.cari.com.my/register/index.php?do=changemail


Step 2:  Update your personal account information, and enter your
              Secondary Email address. This will enable technical staff to
              validate your account data. Once your account details match
              the data base, a new password will be sent out to the account
              holder.
