Masa buat tu memang saye luruskan badan dan 'rebah'kan ke arah dinding dan support berat badan dgn lengan. Tak ingat plak saye tahan napas atau tak. Ni petua saya tengok kat rancangan tv, saya ikut mcm yg tv tu cakap le. Tapi tak berkesan plak pade saye huhu

Nasib baik skang dah takde masalah lengan besar, jadi mmg tak buat dah petua tu. Sesapa yg rajin try la buat, mungkin berkesan pada org lain kan:loveliness:

wat ever shaping progress pn u nak buat u kena kurangkan at least 10% dari food intake seharian..

not enuf protein?
makan skip?
tak makan breakfast/dinner?
kurang 'pembeban'?

to kurangkan lemak.. is to reduce fat.. to reduce fat, is to DIET.
