kitaorg masa first beli rumah pakai skim ni la.. membantu gak la sbb rumah yg kitaorg nk beli tu, is one rare.opportunity.. landed house, end lot.. and dekat with my parents.. time tu baru kawen, duit pun habes kat majlis.. owner mintak rm1 as booking fees, and cpt2 kitaorg proses skim ni.. nasib baik lepas.. i advise yg bru bergaji and beli rumah, boleh amek skim ni.. kitaorg beli rumah 2nd hand, and needs a lot of improvement, tpi berbaloi with the location.. kalau rumah baru, mmg tk mmpu la end lot di penang ni..  |
