betul tu
makan dlm kuantiti yg sedikit tetapi kerap dpt tingkatkan metabolisme
tapi tengok gak apa yg kita makan
jgn plak makan dlm kuatiti yg sedikit tapi makanan tinggi lemak & kalori
camtu mgkin kesan agak minimum

Thanks ... Menu semalam, ok tak.

Pagi - Jemput2x udang ngan milo - 4 ketul
11am - biskut oat,
1pm - wafer,
4pm - biskut oat,
8pm - nasi separuh separuh gengam tangan dengan sup ayam.

very good one bro.. caloric partitioning aku 5-6x jer sehari. tp mlm2 pon snacking gak. sket2 jer..

agreed.. byk2 diet, Atkins nih paling melampau.. baik follow Abs Diet or South beach diet.. tak le stressful sgt, byk choices nk makan.

muscle lagi berat berbanding fat
so that means ur fat content dah banyak yang hilang
just continue ur activity
jangan terpengaruh dengan iklan2 kata 2 hari hilang 5 kg
lain orang lain metabolism

okay, aku share menu aku hari2..

hari bekerja (weekdays)

7:00 am - Oat 2 sudu + soy milk + skim milk + dark chocolate

8:30 am - Nasik lemak 1 ringgit makan separuh + telor separuh masak 2 biji + teh O ais limau kurang2 manis

11:00 am - segenggam peanuts/kacang parang/pistachio/almond nuts + instant nescafe (alt> biskut wheatameel 4-5keping)

1:00 pm - nasik beriyani basmathi 2/3 pinggan + kari kambing + sayur + teh O ais limau kurang2 manis

4:00 pm - instant nescafe + kacang2 or biskut wheatameel

7:00 pm - nasik kukus 1/2 + ayam rempah + air suam

9:00 pm - makan buah2 (epal/oren/pear/pelam/etc)

11:00 pm - protein shake + flaxseed oil + ubat sakit otot

utk weekend plak.. aku takde specific menu sbb aku selalu makan luar.. main bantai jer.. selalu sblm joging aku singgah makan Subway breakfast set..

Wow, Boleh ke menu macamni tok diet? Semalam tanya ada sorang tu dia ckp kalau nak diet kurang mkn carb pastu after 4pm totally tak leh amik carb.

dah berbulan2 lamanya (> 6 bulan) saya stick dgn plan yg camni.. and its proven to myself.. body fat % consistently menurun..

itu typical thinking nyer diet.. jgn takut amik carb.. takde carb badan tak bermaya, kepala tak boleh pusing.. amik carb, tp yg rendah glycemic index.. dpd makan nasi putih, baik makan nasi basmathi.. nasi putih nye GI= 100, tp basmathi nye GI= 58 ... not low enough compare with nuts, tp okay lah, tak menyebabkan insulin spike.

ada sesetengah badan jenis endomorphic, mungkin sensitif kepada carbs.
tapi 4 pm tu awal sgt la, kalo tknak carbs masa dinner dan supper its ok.

ada test untuk menentukan jenis badan, kalo free, saya pos
