i guna LC, i collect warna teal...
siapa2 suka masak, perlu ada satu , try yang basic punya dulu... so far puas hati, daging cepat empuk
i hari tu beli utk my mom, sebab dia suka masak, dah beli 6 tahun lepas, duk laa dia puji best pakai periuk ni.. ingat nak beli yang grill & pan kecik dia pulak...

mula2 tengok dulu mmg giler2 nak beli. lepas masuk kedai dia tengok sendiri & pegang, rasa tak mampu nak angkat periuk2 berat tu utk daily cooking. berat wehhhh lenguh lengan rasa bila nak basuh periuk tu. so buat masa ni takpelah aku guna jelah periuk vision dgn corning ware tu. tahan je la nafsu dulu. klu setakat nak rebus daging aku guna rice cooker je cpt gak empuk
tapi one day klu tetiba dtg nafsu lagi mungkin jugak beli la satu buat ada2. mana tau esok2 leh jadi reta pusaka turun kat anak pompuan. hahahaha |

I have a few pieces of LC and Staub and mostly limited edition sebab tergoda tgk therefore beli except yang wok, itu mmg I beli sebab nak kan cast iron wok to make rendang, and i have the small one for goreng2 telur or ayam etc.
For the pots, one of the biggest draw to it adalah sebab it can be used on stove, oven and for some terus hidang kat table. Contoh do the browning atas stove and then periuk tu terus continue sambung masak dalam oven pulak. Usually for western cooking. Atau pun lagi satu main kegunaan is to use it as slow cooking meals. In my case dua2 pon I tak pakai for that reason sebab i hardly cook western myself and also i have pressure cooker so i tak gunakan my CI for lembutkan daging ke apa. CI takes a while to heat up but once it is heated up you can reduce fire dan dia akan maintain the temperature well.
It is a pretty cookware and I like to use it every now and then but not really my daily wear (sebab my husband cooks too tapi dia jenis nak cepat je so stainless steel is better for him)

I pun beli brand Lodge & warna dia pun cantik . sayang pulak duit nak beli LC . Tapi apa pun I tak menyesal tak beli LC sbb Lodge ni pun baru guna sekali dua. Berat mcm LC. |

I beli staub, sbb xnak putih inner dia mcm lc. Haha msh dlm kotak, mls nak buat 1st step cleaning before guna tu, n yup, berat..tu yg lg mls nak guna, nyakit tgn je nak angkat semua. |
