alex,
first skali, if u need to go to skin specialist, advise u do so. seek help from them to find the root cause of your problem.
psl spa2 ni some are really good. some so-so. and some not that good tapi pasal nak push/jual their product, diorg akan 'goda' kita utk membeli something which not meant for our skin.
next, lihat pemakanan kita. apa yg kita makan dan apa yg kita TAK makan.
terlalu banyak toxin dlm badan bila takleh kluar, akan menimbulkan mcm2 problem. yg paling ketara if the reaction shows on our faces, mcm jerawat etc. Banyak nutrition come from our food and fruits.
kalau alex boleh, cuba amalkan makan tomato tiap2 ari. take it as in juice form. or bila makan biskut atau roti, letak tomato sebab tomato helps to recondition our skins.
lastly, maintain.
bila u dah tahu apa root cause nyer. u dah boleh solve the problem, all you need to do is jz maintain it. sblm kluar rumah, pakai lah sunblock. dah balik, remember to clean it. mlm2 pakai nite cream. hv enough sleep. don't think too much or stress yourself.

meh sini Ainun kasi tip sama hang na...
amalkan pakai lulur beras.. InshaAllah kulit jadi halus mulus putih berseri seri..
Ainun selalu gunakan lulur beras untuk muka (yang halus) dan untuk badan (yang kasar)
Senang jer untuk muka just add air mawar or plain water dengan lulur(brunei panggil lulut) pastu letak kat muka ala ala mask gitu .. kalau dah rasa kencang kering kat muka bolehlah basahkan hujung jari jemari dan sambil massage tanggalkan lulur tu tadi..hasilnya tentukan tidak akan mengecewakan .amalkan 2 kali seminggu ..
untuk badan gunakan lulur yang kasar.. gosok gosk dekat celah celah mana yang u rasa errrr tak cantik ..haha .. masa mandi pun boleh gunakan just add water kat amount lulur tadi ..sekian selamat mencobaaa... |

Hi alex! Nak share jugak la my own experience, coz aku pun dlu ada skin problems.Really bad acne If you're thinking nak jumpa skin specialist, I think u should. Coz skin problem ni, tak dpt nak heal sendiri & tak dpt nak guna product2 yg ada kat market skang ni. Dulu masa aku gi jumpa skin specialist, aku kena prescribed Antibiotics. It's good actually, it clears up my skin tpi yang tak best nyer, I can't rely on it forever. Kalo kita selalu makan antibiotics, nanti body kita immune to it..so kalu demam or sakit apa2 & doktor prescribe antibiotics..body kita will not react to it, that is walaupun kita makan antibiotics, we're still sick..Kawan aku plak cakap, kalo selalu makan antibiotics, it will pose a lot of health problems later on in life, mcm susah nak dpt anak la..ni aku tak tau betul ker tak..
Skang ni skin aku ok dah, antibiotics pun aku tak makan lagik..Skin products yg aku guna skang is Artistry, ok jugak..selain itu jugak aku ada makan vitamins like Vitamin C & antioxidants utk menyihatkan kulit. Kadang2 jerawat ni terjadi coz our body banyak build up toxins. Especially kalo jrg gi tandas atau jrg exercise..so toxins tu takder tempat nak keluar, keluar kat muka arr in the form of jerawat..hehe
So my best advice would be, jumpa doktor dlu, see what he/she says..eat healthy banyakkan makan fruits, veggies, fibre (aku tak suka makan mender2 nih, so i take fibre pills hehe), minum banyak air & exercise regularly |

kalo bab2 yg kena buat selalu nie.... memang kelemahan a ...
kalo nak kuruskan badan kena rajin la alex hehe aku pon dlu2 tak minat nak exercise nih, tpi skang ni dah jadi rutin, letih tu memang letih la tpi seronok & stress free hehe
nak exercise ni tak semestinya gi gym, coz kadang2 kalo gi gym, membership mahal kan..so, kita carik altenative lain, pegi jogging kat park ker, hiking ker..dpt menikmati nature dan free lagik hehe
aku usually exercise kat umah aje. kalo weekdays aku jln2 atas treadmill (aku beli treadmill murah jer hehe), kadang2 aku buat dance aerobics (guna dvd aerobics), kalo hari tak kerja, aku gi hiking. So skang ni aku lebih fit dri dulu, tak yah pon gi gym..hehe |
